A Baby For The Beast

A Baby For The Beast

I remembered walking back dejectedly. However, on my way to the castle, in the midst of the forests, something happened… Some group of bandits in black surrounded me. One stepped forward, introducing their intentions. “We were sent to bring your head, Ava.” “By who?” “The Rook of the castle.” he replied. “N-no, you can’t do this? I’m the beast’s chosen. I bare his mark.” “Figured.” “However, she paid some gold for this.” “This is the end, Lady Ava.”

Cedric unexpectedly chased after me and helped rebandage the wound on my arm. "Nicole, your eyes are fine, right? Can you stop being so upset now?" he said gently. "As long as your eyes are still okay, it's not a big deal, right? The doctor said it wouldn't have much of an impact. I just can't bear to see you become blind. Celine had constantly told me how painful a blind person's world was, and I was really starting to lose patience with it."

The Dark Protector

They come from everywhere and I throw my hands up, trying to divert as many as possible as Avani swings around, his tail slashing through the air, taking out a large number of hunters. “Lower your wing!” I shout at him. I need to be able to see and he’s too large to see around. It was different when we were inside. I knew where he and I were in relation to the room and the walls. Outside, the area is much too large for me to manage blind. He has moved his large body in front of me, but I see him blink his eye and he lowers the wing on my side. I hurriedly race up to his back and I’ve just reached the top when I hear bullets being shot again in rapid succession.

can not wait to dig into this story! couldnt put the first one down! have read the Guardians series, doing this elemental dragon series, then going I for the next generation of Guardians....Love your Books Cooper!
N.Savage
This is book number 2. It does not disappoint. There is no loss of momentum in this series. The characters continue to grow and evolve. Never a dull chapter. Cooper really did an excellent job setting up the series with places to go and more characters to introduce. Brilliant.

Bound by Blind Fate

Bound by Blind Fate

What does he want from me? Did he get inside my head ten years ago? Now that I think about it, it was strange how he knew everything. Despite being blind, he didn't bump into things or even use a cane. How could a blind person know the way to the cabin better than I did? Back then, I thought it was cute how he marked the way for me but now I just find it creepy. It's weird that he was blind, to begin with. Rarely are wolves born with disabilities. Could he see from the beginning and was just faking it? What more has he done? Goddess, where can I run to that he won't be able to find me? This is fucking insane. There's no way I'm living through this. I don't know how long I've been sitting on

Blind Alpha And His Unwanted Mate

Blind Alpha And His Unwanted Mate

I think of her, of everything she’s endured, everything Selena has stolen from her, and the fire in me burns hotter. The moment I step further into the cave, the darkness swallows me whole. It’s not just a lack of light anymore... it’s absolute, crushing blackness. I can’t see anything, not even the faint glow of my mark. I can't help but shake my head while a dry chuckle escapes my mouth. “Maybe she didn’t plan for someone like me,” I murmur, my voice bouncing off the walls. I take another step forward, the cold stone beneath my feet grounding me. “A blind person... or, in my case, a former blind person. Guess that’s her mistake."

the alpha is supposed to be blind, it’s the whole premise of the book, yet the author constantly describes him as “seeing” people’s blood shot eyes, watching people walk away, looking at himself. it’s sloppy, bad writing. i don’t recommend the “sometimes not quite blind alpha”
Sirena Mares
Interesting characters. Interesting werewolf lore. I just hope the author never "cures" the blind alpha as he actually is mostly capable anyway. The FL goes through quite the character development, and that's putting it mildly. The quality of the narration and writing itself is publish-worthy.

The Blind Alpha's Omega Mate

The Blind Alpha's Omega Mate

Even though he was blind his other senses were ten times stronger. He also hadn’t been born blind he had lost his sight when he had turned twelve. The process wasn't painful but he remembered training with his father and the world around him had started to turn blurry and then just blackness. Vincent had struggled with depression but his father wouldn't allow him to disappear. His father had just pushed him harder to train and become a good Alpha and he was ruthless in battle and never allowed this obstacle of sight to make him weak. He protected his pack and would make sure he protected his mate as well. Vincent wondered if she would reject him because he would never be able to fully claim

I am at Chapter 37 and every page makes me read even more. I must say the story, and the way characters are placed in there, is really impressive. I might place it in my top liked off all time list. Time will tell.

Claimed by the Blind Alpha

Claimed by the Blind Alpha

As they departed to join their pack gathering, Alex pulled me closer. "Do you ever regret your choice?" he asked, a rare moment of vulnerability in his voice. I reached up to trace the scar near his eye—a permanent reminder of the ritual that restored his sight. "The Moon Goddess guides us to where we belong," I replied, feeling our bond pulse strongly between us. "Even when the path seems twisted, it leads true." In the distance, our daughter's laughter mingled with the other pups', a sound of pure joy untainted by the complications of adult bonds.

She followed closely behind him and the two disappeared into the forest. "Did you notice?" Weaver asked and Alex nodded. "Her brother is blind. That's probably why she thought it best to talk it out." Alex said and Weaver nodded. "Don't tell the others about the male being blind. It'll provoke some of the others to try and run him off." Alex said and Weaver nodded in understanding. "I'll take a group to start setting up markers upon our new territory." Wever said and Alex nodded wondering how someone who couldn't see had survived this long. He had help from his sister but he didn't seem to rely on her. . . .

The Blind Alpha

The Blind Alpha

The concept of rules and community is so strange to them, and I would not let them ruin everything I have spent my entire life building. “We are ready to leave your Highness,” my beta announced, I nodded curtly before I stalked towards the door and I could hear everyone make way for me. Being blind has its own perks and having a fantastic sense of smell to cover for it is one of the things that the moon goddess did for me that I am proud of. I do not have to see my enemies before I take them and it has helped me stay relevant all these years, and I do not plan to stop now. Especially now that I have found my mates and other alphas might think they have found a way to get to me.
