"I Balor Bloodstone, Prince of Gardenia. Accept your deal." The blood in the goblet started to bubble even more before it completely evaporated. I hissed as the slice on my palm burned. The healer places the stone in the centre of the silver bowl while the other healers arrange themselves around the table.

Beside it, resting on black velvet, gleamed a silver dagger etched with runes that seemed to crawl when stared at too
