It feels like walking through a dream where everyone is afraid to wake the monster. I find the library by accident. It has tall doors and it was half open. I slip inside, the air smells of dust and old leather. Thousands of books climb the walls. I pull one down at random; Grimm’s fairy tales. I sit down, flip it open and before I knew it I am reading it and almost half through it. I laugh once but it was a broken sound. The big bad wolf always wins. I put it back and run my fingers over the spines. I could stay here forever and no one would care.

Unity and harmony flourished, and the beings of different realms came together, forming friendships and alliances that transcended boundaries. One day, as the hero wandered through the bustling streets of The Enchanted Realm, they encountered a group of young beings gathered around a storyteller. The storyteller was regaling them with tales of the hero's epic journey, the battles fought, and the sacrifices made. The young beings listened with wide eyes, captivated by the tale. Elena said, looking up to see the winter fairy spirit in front of her. “Is that what you think? Do you know what you're about to do? That book you possess is called the book of shadows which contains spells and magic that could lead to ultimate chaos and destruction! You must be very careful Elena when you use such spells.” The winter fairy said gazing at her. “How come I am able to read and understand these words. I know I haven't seen this kind of writing.” Elena said, handing the book to the winter fairy spirit.

Beckett snapped his fingers and a large mirror, the one from their rooms Bailey realized with a flush, appeared in the corner. She stood and approached it. The person staring back at her still had her face. Higher cheekbones, maybe, but instead of her blue-green eyes she now had slightly slanted gray ones. She moved closer. Around her pupil was a sunburst of citrine. It bled seamlessly into the gray, to be finished with a thick ring of jet black at the edge of her iris. Tri-colored eyes. The eyes of a full-blooded fae.
