The drive to Spencer's mansion was quiet, no one spoke anything and I just stared at the busy roads of new york city. After a long ride, we reached a big black double gate, they were huge, while we entered through them and when my eyes landed on the two-story mansion my jaw literally dropped. It was huge with a very big garden on it either side of the driveway and in the middle was a huge water fountain. It was so beautiful, at the top of the fountain had a big fire bowl, the fire was still on and was dancing beautifully. On either side of the pillar which was holding the bowl had beautifully sculpted women who were standing in some kind of dance pose. The water was flowing down from the top

I was separated from Tim, my only childhood friend, and I have been bullied and abused ever since. In my new version, The Descent, I won't have a childhood friend, but an enemy, in Conner. It will end with me slaying my inner demons and Conner, too. I am pleased with my creativity on them all because they allow me some revenge against him, which I hopefully won't be punished for. The question is, which one will Conner choose. “Conner, I finished the outlines.”

I want some Ray. I've been planning to get more of him ever since I returned to my chambers, staring at their lovely red walls, the same color as sweet crimson honey. I bathed, acting as if I were to sleep, putting my change of clothes underneath my pillow. My lifesaver sits at the entrance of the door and I am ready to go. Yet Dante won't sleep. I've had enough. They had traveled through the night and reached the castle just as Izzy was being shown to her room in Daikon. Nate stormed through the doors, throwing them open and yelling for the Alpha of the Pressian tribe. Castle Fairfield was the packhouse of the Pressian tribe and the Alpha lived there along with his key warriors and leadership. "EVAN!" Nate yelled as he stormed in the castle, barging through the halls, Seth and Logan hot on his heels.

I stuttered, showing her the paper. “As legit as it comes,” Aunt Molly replied, “The Ryder’s are looking for an Assistant for Justin Star Mckayla, Justin. Frickin. Star,” she spelled out, “you can get this job. You know Chris Ryder courtesy of Britney, just talk to him and the job is yours. Spend a few weeks with them, write a bomb ass story like you usually do and Bam!” she clapped, “just like that, you win.” I looked down at the sheet, my hand shaking slightly before looking back up at her, “a day in the life of the Ryder’s?” I asked, unsure of my own words.

“How did it go?” Sabine asked as they followed the guards back towards the king’s tower. “I’m not sure,” Emory replied. At that point, she wasn’t even thinking about the council, but Dante’s response to what she’d asked for. Emory slowed down as they approached the gardenia-scented courtyard. At the centre was a grand fountain with a marble statue of a woman reaching out with an offering of water–that wasn’t there before. Curious at the bizarre sight, Emory wondered what triggered the sudden appearance.

Arthur cackled, feeling pleased with himself. “You’re refusing to tell me, huh?” Chase’s eyes turned cold as he grabbed Horton. “No, Dad! Save me! I don’t want to die!” Horton struggled, his face filled with terror. “Stop it!” Arthur’s face changed. Chase exerted some force on his hand, snapping Horton’s neck. “Horton!” Arthur cried in pain. “Are you going to tell me now?” Chase grabbed another middle-aged man and snapped his neck again. He was Arthur’s third son, Flynn Quaid. He was also involved in the fire at Green Hills Orphanage.

One year later, the FS Phoenix building stood as the sharpest needle in the city’s skyline, a monument of glass and steel that seemed to pierce the clouds. To the world, it was a beacon of hope—the headquarters of the most successful humanitarian foundation in history. To those inside, it was a fortress of absolute silence.

This really is happening. Just as I start to gather my bearings and a plan to get out of here, I see the SUVs pull up into the massive circle drive in front of the packhouse. There’s a giant fountain out front with a statue of the Moon, one star, and the Moon Goddess out front. The fountain is beautiful and unique! The moon goddess looks like she is staring up at the moon at the one star hovering over her as she is reaching for the star and water is pouring from her fingertips. It’s gorgeous!
