Let's Make You A Duke

Let's Make You A Duke

We had to use a very complicated seal just to hide the trace of the ancient magic the dragon left on his things and you should forget about removing the ancient magic, the seal was the best we could do. Ancient Magic was a more powerful magic than what we have now. Now, we can only control elements but according to Head Magus ancient magic can build and destroy mountains, create seas, create lands, it's a power that we can't imagine but for some reason the quality of magic we had started decreasing until we can only control the elements and according to Head Magus, it might not be impossible if one day we wake up and magic would be gone in the world. We suddenly heard some rumbling from insi

Mated to the Night Wolf

Mated to the Night Wolf

I retorted with a sigh. Her eyes flashed to mine, "The Mage Council cares less about Wars designed over land and resources," she snapped, hobbling away. "We were created for one war, and one war only. But the essence of that war is long gone. The prophecies spoke of a last and she was born and then she died. And now, the Council rests." "And yet here you still remain." Her gaze snapped to mine, her blind eyes holding mine hostage. "You see glimpses of the past, present, and Future. Tell me, Elder, what futures have you seen?"

Well worth the wait! Your 55 chapters are more like 250 chapters of other authors. Your chapters are long, detailed and fully packed with more intrigue. The guard? I’m team Kayos, but it’s so beautiful how tender the guard was with her to let her know he will honor her…but I think there’s more.

This book is so good. I love the writing, the characters, the story and the execution. Perfection at its core but I have a problem, please could you release a chapter at least once a week. It’s not fair because I’m basically hooked on this book and I don’t get regular updates.

Mated to my Brother's First Love

Mated to my Brother's First Love

"It was written in the prophecy that a middle-aged man from the future will be lost in our time and will bring two more." Aiden and I did not get the chance to ask her what was bothering us when the woman, with a croaking voice, asked how she could be of help to us. Hunter Grey mustered his courage and stepped forward and asked her, "How we could harness our magic in this world? We need to get back to the future as soon as possible before the king and his men find us." With a hint of amusement in her voice, the old woman replied, "None of you can wield magic, except for me." Her words hung heavily in the air, challenging our understanding of the world we thought we knew.

THE ALPHA TWINS

THE ALPHA TWINS

Kael fought desperately, but invisible magic held him down. Then another vision….The silver bowl. Olivia's magic flowing from her body. Rowan's glowing mark. Seraphine laughing. The vision shattered like broken glass. I stumbled backward, breathing hard. "No..." Olivia caught my arm. "That future isn't fixed." "But it will happen if Kael comes." My heart pounded violently. "What do we do?" "You trust me." "How?" She smiled. "I raised that stubborn son of mine." "I know exactly what he'll try."

My Future, Not My Past

My Future, Not My Past

Nico's voice dropped low. "Yeah, anyone but Zane—our biggest rival." Rhett snorted, growing more sure of himself. "Freya, is this your way of provoking us? Thinking we'd come running back, begging you to stop so we'd stop being good to Daisy?" "Pathetic. Daisy is the only one who matters to us. Don't play these games—you might end up with no way out again." Nico and Arlo relaxed at his words. Arlo narrowed his eyes at me. "Freya, you shouldn't gamble with your own future like this. You should know by now that no one's more important than Daisy. You can't compete."

Bonded To Sin

Bonded To Sin

Luckily Magma was off plane when it happened, when word reached him of my mother's execution, he went into hiding. “So how is castle life treating you? Any news of my exile being lifted.” “I am working on solidifying my place on the throne. Once that is done, I can lift the exile and you can return to your village or the castle, whichever you prefer. Hellebore needs to be taken out as well, but I am working on it. Luckily, everything is going to plan.” “So, have you found your fated mate?” “Yes, and unfortunately I hit a bit of a snag it seems that Lazarus and I have the same fated mate and whoever she chooses will in turn decide the fate of magic and it’s existence in the human plane.”

And if we couldn’t do it alone, we sure as Hell weren’t winning with those odds. I compressed all of those thoughts into a wonderfully eloquent sentence: “I don’t understand.” “Right now, you don’t need to. All you need to do is practise with your air magic.” “Do you know why using it makes me collapse?” I asked, sudden hope splintering my chest. “I’m afraid not.” Was Bennett lying? It was so damned hard to tell. “I can see the future, not the reasons behind it.” I squinted at him, but quickly gave up on trying to read his expression. It was impossible. “Sooooo… I never find out? In none of my possible futures do I ever learn why it weakens me?”

"Darling, I am you!" Maria heard the voice once again. Just as she was about to look up, her jaw was grabbed already by this beasty and dead looking creature. "I am your future Maria." You can only do little to change it now." "When you went crazy for the El Devedra, you should have known it had its disadvantages' ' You will filth of rotten magic, just as I, no one, nothing will save you, I have seen futures that you haven't seen, and no one saved me. Let these words be fixed in your head and let it be known, your magic will consume you, from the inside."

Esmerelda Sleuth: The Journal (Book 4)

“Lance and Jason do not know of their true lineage. If word gets out that you are connected to the workers of dark magic, the society will cast you out.” “Cast me out?” I said incredulously. “Cast me out of what?” “Those who practice that kind of magic have been banished into the wilder-lands, imprisoned, or put to death,” he said. “I would just go back to the future,” I said with a shrug. “You would be hunted down by the society there as well,” he insisted. “It is even worse for those magicians in the future. If my information is correct, those who are identified are locked up. Many of them mysteriously disappear.”

Iridian

Iridian

' Rayna mused, 'If they change the rules and setting, why are they so secretive about the game itself? 'Maybe, they're trying to hide the fact that they don't have Magic. After all, Grandpa Kent said Magic left us a long time ago.' I shrugged. 'Maintaining a healthy skepticism, I see.' Rayna chuckled, 'Grandpa Kent also said, the only place that still has Magic is the Iridescence Pack.' 'Maybe they don't want people finding out how some of the contestants vanish, or how some are driven mad.' I grimaced, feeling the food I had eaten at my birthday party swirl within my stomach.

Such a well written book and the story really drags you in, I’ve enjoyed reading this so much and hope a sequel comes out. I really feel this book should be printed, I’d read it over and over again. The book is long but it’s well worth it.
Therese Dahlqvist
The author has a fantastic ability to keep me on the edge of my seat and a great ability to describe the scenery around the characters. I find the characters to be mostly well defined and consistent throughout the book. There are some typos and incorrect grammar, but not enough to disturb me complet
