But his whole face was red, his muscles were tense, and the sweat was a sign of pain. It all started when Leon brought home a new virtual reality game. A game that has never been released anywhere. Leon was very happy to take her home to try it. An adventure game that is not yet clear about what. Leon unpacked it when he got to his room and began to drift into a game that turned out to be related to various mythologies, both Greek, Egyptian, and even other countries. "Leon!" exclaimed his mother. "Yes, mom?" Leon asked while opening his virtual reality glasses.

She frowned as she was in disbelief, "If that is the case, then what type of business did they build at a young age?" I sighed helplessly as I answered her, "It was computer games and honestly, I was also hesitant about it, but the children really proved me wrong when they launched the popular game of today called, "Flaming Ice Thunder: Valley of Shadows" and it was becoming more popular as the days passed by."

“Then listen carefully, amore. The game has already started. And now… you’re the prize everyone wants.” His words sent chills through me. Because deep down, I knew he was right. The war my parents ran from had found me at last. And this time, there would be no running.

What? That wasn't possible; Isabella had parents. Didn't she? Everyone remembered her parents. They picked her up from school; they attended events; they smiled. They were kind. Weren't they? Isabella continued. "I am an orphan now." Now. The single word hit differently.

As her voice echoed louder and closer behind me, I quickened my steps. In the end, even my dreams stopped featuring her. In my final year before graduation, I suddenly received a large sum of money. The lawyer informed me that my biological parents had passed away, and this was the inheritance they had left behind. I couldn't quite describe what I felt, but it was all in the past now. Now get dressed and get the fuck out.” “Nice man, you found your mate and were able to bring her back with you. Just remember the walls here aren’t sound proof so take pity on the rest of us who are still waiting for our mates.” I turn to see the guy from across the hall, James standing in the doorway.

Ingrid smirks before biting into Joey. “Why is this happening?” Iris asks the silver haired lady, while crying a fountain of tears. The woman laughs. “You believed that Daria and Ingrid were meant to be your saviors. No matter how many signs I sent your stupid father. Now you and he both have paid the price. She looked across the room to where the other ad executives were staring holes in her and Casper.

"Nancy, you better watch your mouth or else I will tell mother how you behaved with her," said Emma. "Hey, it's alright. Please don't fight. A lot of people have similar thinking.
