The Holy Book Novels & Stories

Yuri opened the notebook to a blank page and wrote some words on it. “You use four Hebrew letters.” Yuri removed her hand from the notebook, and everyone saw some words written on the page which didn’t even remotely make sense. “Yodh he waw he. These are the ‘four holy letters’ written in Hebrew that symbolises God, the Tetragrammaton.” She tapped the end of the pen onto the page itself. “And if you put it into the alphabet…” “Y H W H.” Ren answered for Yuri, and the girl nodded.

Below them seemed to be normal humans and animals. She wondered where the building the two deities were hovering over was on the continent. She walked to the shelf beneath the tapestry and skimmed the titles. Most of them seemed to be religious books about the deities and creation, but there was one titled The Great Conflict. She pulled it from the shelf and opened it to the first page.

It gave him the sort of feeling as if he was squeezing a grain of rock sugar within his hand. The moment that Holy Ice Silkworm shot out from Cairo’s mouth, the corpse disintegrated at speed visible to the naked eye and soon withered into skeletal remains. Behind him, once again, King Meryem kneeled on the ground and kowtowed. Tyr also found there were two yellowish parchment books underneath the skeleton. One of the covers wrote ‘Maddox Scripture’, while the other was titled ‘Kodoku Scripture’. Tyr’s heart jerked ferociously. The so-called Maddox Scripture and Kodoku Scripture were not the same books. Instead, it was divided into two different books.

I groaned in agony from the burning sensations the holy book inflicted on me. I mentally registered the car door opening and a man joined me, locking the door. He shoved the Bible hard against my stomach, burning me. I screamed out in pain but I knew no one could hear me. Everyone had gone home. I was left to his mercy. My physical strength was draining from me due to the holy book he was holding. I was so weak that I couldn't retaliate. My body was paralyzed.

But the book remained silent, its secrets veiled behind the mystical glow of its pages. Aunt Agatha's comforting hand on my shoulder brought me back to reality, her eyes filled with a mixture of excitement and trepidation. "This, my dear, is the Book of Shadows, an old friend of mine," she explained, her voice hushed with reverence. As I gazed upon the illuminated pages before me, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and wonder. What secrets lay hidden within the ancient text? What knowledge had been passed down through generations, waiting to be discovered by eager hands?

he said, gingerly lifting it and holding it out to her. Caitlin held the piece of torn parchment, feeling it crinkle in her hands, and held it up to the torchlight. It was a torn page, perhaps from a book. With all of its delicate symbology, it looked like a piece of art in its own right. “It is the missing page to the Holy Book,” McCleod explained. “When you find the book, that page will be complete. And when it is, you will find the relic we are all searching for.”

“This is my own copy. Though, there are some spells I would have to cast on it before I can know what is written in it. Only your bloodline possessed the book of prophecy after the sacrifice of the first Chosen One.” “First Chosen One,” Amber repeated. “Wait, y-you mean, Jesus?” Amber asked, eyes almost wide. “The prophecy written in the Bible?” “Yes,” Hazel answered and Amber found it hard to believe. “It’s almost the same.” “Not close to same,” Amber corrected. “Are you saying someone so holy is a vampire?” she whispered with a frown.

Clio said and Erica nodded with an impressed look on her face. “That sounds so magical, So, Dominic is the king of Heaven?” she asked and Jenny nodded, “Yes, we learned about all of this in last ten years since we are here. The ‘Book of Kingdoms’ contain it all,” she said and raised two fingers at the shelf, “Give me the ‘Book of Kingdoms’” she said in commanding manner, the books moved and a book in black color moved out of a shelf and floated in front of them, the book floated to the table and was placed on it elegantly. Erica whistled lowly, “Will I be able to do that?” she asked as she touched the book, the velvet covering it was so soft and silky. She had never touched a more expensive

Many are so ancient that their titles have worn away, leaving only the texture of the leather to hint at the secrets within. The book I’m looking for is huge, silver, and has a variation of symbols inscribed on its spine. I’m reluctant to pull it from the shelf, as the bindings appear fragile. That, and there is a girl watching me from a nearby armchair. From what I understand, this is an expensive and, not to mention, a valuable book. I glance toward the front, considering asking a librarian for help, when— “So. The Book of the Divine?” I almost jump out of my skin, swirling around to find Elijah tugging the book off the shelf.

He pulls out a thick volume. “This is written in the old language of the Empire,” He holds out the book to me, and I take in the details of the black cover “It’s the same language in which the holy book of the church was originally written, but not many people can read with without a dictionary, so it was translated.” I take the book from him “I should give it try.” I don’t want someone to try me on a whim and then fail spectacularly.
