Apparently there were a tradition, which were hold in a very high regard in Fantasma, which apparently every internal war must follow, and that tradition were called ‘Declaring Intent Of War’. Basically, the whole process of that said tradition, is that whenever an internal war, such as fight for the throne among the heirs or a war to take over the throne were about to be happened. The side who were about to enact the war, had to announce their intentions to the their opponents, and also must declare their intent to the entire nation. Doing these traditions were said, just so that the war will be blessed by the God Of War, then also making the war justifiable, honourable and should they win
