The Job Of An Imperial Concubine Mga Nobela at Kwento

I have never made wrong claims since you have known me all your life. A long sigh was heard beside me. "If you say so." He placed a hand on my shoulder and squeezed. "Have a good night." He walked away, leaving me to my thoughts. "I hope I do." I glanced at the sky one more time before I made my exit. I entered my bedroom, and the three women immediately approached me. These were my concubines. It was a tradition that the draconian king without a mate could keep concubines to serve as a means of pleasure. None of them were ever meant for marriage. And if the king ever found his queen, the concubines were to be given to able-bodied men.

Staying by the door I don’t move, or speak, hell I am barely breathing as she needs just one excuse to hurt me right now. “What was she doing working for you?” Rooster looks at her waiting. “Nothing dangerous Rooster. Mostly office stuff, sometimes going to women who needed to pay. I never sent her to any men to get paid or even any women who are dangerous. If she ever left here for work, she had two guards with her. If I was not seeing anyone high risk, even Dwayne followed and made sure she was safe.” The room stays silent for a moment, Rooster looking at her.

The queen was about to walk away when Darius grabs her by her hand. "I have appointed a concubine, you are to carry her under your wings to train her properly to serve me since you want nothing to do with me". Atara's eyes widen, for eight years she's been married to Darius and he had only pledged to love only her no matter how badly she treated him, she never thought a day would come when he would appoint a concubine. Atara was about to say something when the king suddenly snaps his fingers " Oracle come here!" He exclaims

Her will power was so strong that she must have reached a 999+ cultivation level. "Valery, since you're pregnant and all, I think it would be best for you to live a peaceful life and stop interfering with Zac's affairs. You see it on TV all the time: since the imperial concubine is pregnant, the king would naturally start spoiling other concubines. After all, you can hardly expect him to be a monk during the nine months of pregnancy!" Was that supposed to comfort her? All those who were present froze, and one could have heard crickets chirping.

In the document written by the predecessor regarding the rules for the existence of the Royal Concubine, it was written that the concubine was not entitled to a lady-in-waiting and a chaperone. But my offer brought something good. I can see Jermaine's eyes lit up in relief. The presence of the lady-in-waiting was quite significant for female noble wolves. It was like showing people her status. The more competent and famous a lady-in-waiting is, the greater the people's admiration. “You would do that for Luelle?” “Yes. Only after her coronation.” Jermaine swam deep in his thoughts. I could have convinced him to do it, but I didn't, as I trusted Jermaine's judgement, especially if it involved

Sir Andrew says and I took him through the corner of my eyes not understanding. “And why do we need that?”, I ask. One thing I have understood after taking in a concubine is that it has more than what is visible to the eyes of the people. Where the position in itself, seems degrading and unfit for any person, the rules and rituals that follow are almost tantamount to getting married to a person.

Thura is my aunt, she was my nanny and breast mother, besides being my cook, housekeeper, and shoulder to cry on at the times I needed and when I didn’t. I go into the kitchen and the three cooks line up, as I walk through the door. Sometimes these protocols hit me. I raise my chest, trying to demonstrate to myself some authority, even though I am so lost, I cross my hands behind my back and do it with a nod. Jasmine anticipates and returns the greeting, bowing unnecessarily. - Good morning, Your Majesty. - Good morning, Jasmine, Fatimah, Nair. Where is Thurayya? Fatimah steps forward and stutters trying to explain, why do most of the time, people stutter when talking to me? Do I seem so rig

the voice keeps on ringing on his head. "She's your concubine?" former Emperor Jong asked Minister Han. "Yes, she's from Yuan, specially given to me by Emperor Ling Jiwon." Former Emperor Jong was stunned as he look at the lady carefully. "Her daughter is the newly proclaimed Imperial Concubine." Former Emperor Jong even more became stunned as realization hit him. "Master, we will both visit the palace, Lan'er will visit the Imperial Concubine while I will visit the Imperial Noble Consort. Please excuse us." Madam Yoon said and she drag Concubine Bai away.

Si Nan giggled clearly enjoying her discussion with Si Ning. "First wife?" Si Ning had no idea why being a first wife to the Emperor should be a big deal. Being a first wife doesn’t mean the Emperor would make them his Empress. "Concubine Ling even almost turn over the palace because of her beauty that the Empress Dowager had to punish her, tsk I am so jealous of her beauty." Si Ning said raising her chin proudly like she just disclosed a secret.

“You’re mouthy for a servant who will serve Concubine Sun. I do this to all women who come into my service. Not like this in my bedroom after I am with my concubine. She was foxy today and if she brought you with her for me I would have liked to have many growing bellies all at once.” Yan Sha nodded as she realized he had no intention of sleeping with her, he just wanted her to be allowed inside the inner court so she could tend to the other women he found more important. “The imperial family must be very proud of you for keeping the heirs flourishing. I am happy to serve on the concubines side. I will tend to whoever it is that you desire. I had forgotten that as I am the slave of Co
