After the Last Autumn

After the Last Autumn

Even less could I have imagined that the woman I had loved with my entire soul had never deserved to be called human. My trembling hand reached for the office door handle. But at the very last second, all my strength drained away. Now that I already knew every answer, what was left to ask? Besides, the people inside were faces I never wanted to see again for the rest of my life. Ultimately, I let go of the handle, dragged my suitcase behind me, and turned to leave the office building. After reaching downstairs, I was still worrying about missing the last bus when someone suddenly called out to me from behind.

Jessica
I love this book! The author has done a great job with the whole series. I believe you could read this book on its own, but it's worth starting with Timber Alpha and reading in order. Just remember to come back to this book before continuing with Mylo.
Keeley Usher
Exceeded my expectations. After reading the Timber Alpha, I wasn't sure this could live up to the first book. It totally did. Beautiful and brilliant twist in the Bonus chapters that totally made me cry.

MY LAST VALENTINE

MY LAST VALENTINE

I phoned the truck that was supposed to bring our properties over and they assured me that they will be here shortly, so I decided to take the time to look around the new house. I started with the bedroom -a huge room with a strange door with glass view. Out of curiosity, I opened the door and it led to a dark room. I switched on my flashlight and entered the room, a to the side of the room is a stair case. "Maybe, it leads to the Attic". I thought. Sudden rush of adrenaline wrapped me as I took the first step. I wanted to get out of the room bit something kept urging me to keep going.

The Last Winchester (English)

The Last Winchester (English)

I wondered to Youno when he approached me. "Do I look stupid as you?" he asked me a serious question. I shifted my gaze to the envelope he was holding. He placed the envelope on President Snipe's table without taking his eyes off me. "I'm done reviewing those papers, Papa," Youno said seriously while looking at me. "Winchester company is surrounded by traitors, full of corruption, and stupid management," Youno explained without emotion. "What do you mean?" I asked Youno. He threw me the book he was holding.

TILL SIN DO US APART: A TABOO TALE OF LUST AND DESIRE

TILL SIN DO US APART: A TABOO TALE OF LUST AND DESIRE

FORBIDDEN FLAMES 2 ARIA’S POV The text from Serena arrives just as I flip the café sign to CLOSED, the soft click of the lock echoing in the empty space. My hands still tremble from the day, every customer interaction felt like a distraction from the memory of her mouth on mine yesterday, her fingers teasing me to the edge in the storage closet before pulling back with that wicked smile. "Not yet," she whispered. "We savor the sin." The words have haunted me all shift, making my panties soaked, my nipples hard against my bra, every brush of fabric a reminder.

The Forbidden Princess and her Mafia Men

The Forbidden Princess and her Mafia Men

Four Days Later After my little sexcapade with both Alex and Lucus within the master playroom, I couldn’t seem to stop myself from wanting nor craving more. My body almost demanding it when it shouldn’t be. Currently sitting with Tony over in the library I find myself wearing nothing but a skimpy piece of lingerie yet again. The piece in the color baby pink. Grants current choice in clothing as I attempted to hide beneath a blanket at least. My eyes now glued to a novel that I had been recently reading. A book by Deborah Garland. Her Irish Mob Family drawing me into a world that was so similar to that of my own but completely different from what I knew.

Second Bloom

Second Bloom

The third book's final chapter has been the most demanding: the argument about the first life, the one that could not be written at forty or forty-five but can be written now, at fifty-six, required not just the language but the specific distance that comes from having lived long enough past the thing to see its shape. She finishes it in April. Not with ceremony — she writes the last sentence, reads it back, changes four words, reads it again, and closes the notebook. Then she opens the laptop and begins the final review pass. That takes three weeks. In the first week Clara reads the final chapter — she has been reading every draft since the second year, and the final chapter she reads in on

Married in Her Name

Married in Her Name

Leah watched him, and the sight made something ache inside her. The review she had received drifted absurdly through her mind for one second: grammar not good, writing style not good, plot only three stars. Perhaps this was why stories needed clearer lines than life. Life did not reveal itself neatly. It came in hints, missing staff records, phrases like private family illness, flowers that were not flowers, rooms that were not only rooms. Life made people stand in warm houses with cold hands, trying to decide which sentence was a clue and which was only cruelty dressed as coincidence. Daniel lifted his head. “We do not contact Clara Venn directly.”

GHOST RIDER: MY BIKER MAFIA STEP BROTHER

GHOST RIDER: MY BIKER MAFIA STEP BROTHER

I just wanted to be around him, or maybe wish him good luck on his bike race. Just then, I found a book. It looked eerie, old, but then special. It wasn't dusty for the place where it was kept. I brought it out and swiped through it and noticed it was a diary. Why does he have a diary? But then, while I turned each page, I realized it wasn't Dimitri's diary. It was a girl's diary. She was heartbroken and sad. Then I went to the last page. The last few sentences sent shivers down my spine: "Chased after me. He wasn't just an ordinary guy. He was a secret underground lord." I shut the book immediately in fright. What? Who would have read such a scary diary and used those words as their last pa
