It ends with the death of a main character and I may lose money from this but if it does well I will probably make over two million",I look embarrassed as they all stared at me but holy shit were they impressed by the news. I held in a giggle as I kept eating while we talked. "why did you end it?", Dean asked wanting to know I guess he looked intrigued.

It was one of the king's guards, and he was holding a sword in his hand. "Zeeb, leader of the alpha's clan," the guard said, his voice dripping with malice. "You and your clan have been sentenced to death. The king has ordered that your heads be cut off and brought back to him as proof of your execution."

I could hear everyone becoming happy just hearing the priest say that, and I felt like crying for joy. After a while, the priest asked Dean and me to face each other as a ring was brought in front of us. Dean took one ring and looked up at me. "Today, I am ready to make you my Luna, my love, and bride. I will forever love you till death do us part." As he placed the ring in my hands, I smiled, and a few tears fell down my eyes. I took the last ring left and slowly moved it a little bit closer to Dean's hands.

And I wasn’t sure if it was from relief or disappointment. I forced myself not to turn, not to look in Tyler’s direction. The teacher reached for the last two. Wait two, that means… “Last but not least,” the teacher said, unfolding the final papers, “Sydney Walker and Dean Monroe.” What? “Score!” Dean whispered a few seats back.

Maybe, I could draw a pattern from there and narrow down my search. “Dean.” “Followed by?” “Mine.” “Then, Daniel's right? I was the last person it happens to.” I said it more to myself than to him as I settled beside him, handing him a glass of whisky. Furthermore, I took a gulp and welcomed the burning sensation at the back of my throat. “Yep. That's how it went.” We were silent for a few seconds again. I knew I had to be patient until Kareem brought the little information he had to me, from there, I would know what to do. Whoever was behind this would suffer the consequences before he realizes it.

Well then, I’m all ears, Elder,” Dean added, resting back in his chair with the poise of a king addressing his kingdom.

’ I ask him, keeping my eyes downcast, eating the last of my food. ‘Yup.’ Dean answers, wiping his hands with a napkin. ‘How do you wanna do this?’ I ask, taking a sip from my beer, my eyes glancing at the door that the women went through. The younger one and the cook are the only ones who come back. “That was good.” Dean says loudly, moving out of the booth. “Got any smokes?” He asks, turning his back to the others and winking at me. I nod my head and hand him my smokes, having caught on to what his game is.

That was the third time he came checking up on her. “What?” he unbelievably blurted as he glanced at his watch, “Is she aware it's almost twelve?” The room went dead. Dean fisted his hair in devastating frustration. “Tell her to report to my office upon arrival.” his words seeping through clenched teeth was the last thing heard before the door brutally shut. Dean was a tall muscular fair-skinned man dancing in his mid thirties. He owned one of the town's famous private club; Spyce nightclub, worth thousands to millions per night.

“That sounds like me. So, how were the reviews?” Allie pointed her plastic fork straight at his chest. “Boy, get out.” Dean raised both hands in mock surrender, still grinning as he took a step back from our table. “I will see you around.” He turned on his heel and walked off toward the main doors where the rest of the hockey guys were waiting for him. I watched him walk away, shaking my head slightly. “He’s smooth.” Allie picked up her drink and took a slow sip, watching Dean disappear into the crowd. “I know,” Allie said, setting her cup down on the tray. “But the smoother the guy, the bigger the heartbreak.”
