The Last Immortal

Dear readers, I would like to send my heartfelt thanks to you for reaching up to this part. As a new writer, I would admit that I am not yet writing things perfectly. In this matter, I would like to hear what you think about the previous chapters. Can I get a comment from you? I would love to read it in the comment section. Likewise, give the previous or the next chapter a gem if you think it deserves it ☺ Thanks in advance! I hope you continue reading and supporting The Last Immortal. Happy reading and have a good day! ❤❤❤

Tides of Passion: The Pirate's Curse

Tides of Passion: The Pirate's Curse

The ship hummed with life as crew members scurried about, laughter ringing out above the lapping waves, an invigorating energy washing over them like a fresh breeze that promised adventure. Amelia stood at the helm, studying the charts laid out before her. The rhythmic sway of the ship beneath her feet was a comforting reminder of the bond they had forged—not just with the vessel, but with each other. She marveled at the transformation the ship had undergone overnight. What was once a vessel marred by struggle and darkness now gleamed with renewed vibrancy, reflecting the sense of hope that pulsed within her heart.

Bride of the Billionaire Beast

Bride of the Billionaire Beast

[Two Months Later] Max took a deep breath as she climbed down the narrow little stairs and closed the trapdoor behind her. It was eleven o'clock on a weeknight. Another cargo ship had arrived in the port of Norsethorne earlier that day, and in two more it would depart for Novenhrad. It was always the same process: the ship docked, and after two intense weeks at sea, the crew went straight to the inn to drink. The ship was left completely unguarded—because really, who would be crazy enough to rob a business that brought so much income to the town?

Your Last Lie to Me! {Book One}

Your Last Lie to Me! {Book One}

We had arrived just before two, had showered and were getting ready to go to bed after deciding to grab some water together and chat in the living room. Milo had shown herself to the guestroom minutes later, and after a while, I went to my bedroom then put on my favourite red silky pyjamas. -Alone at last!- I smiled, and then I flipped my tied hair over my shoulders then plopped my body on the bed. I opened my bedside drawer and removed my favourite hard covered book, it had a deep purple hardcover with brown vine-like structures in the book. The title of the book was, 'My Last Wish'.

The Empress and the Alpha

The Empress and the Alpha

“Not at all. But it did make me realize I am so much more than my messy love life. I’m an Empress for Veone’s sake, I don’t need a man.” “But...you want me right?” “I do. And I think that makes this even more special.” “I agree.” Thirty minutes later we reached the shore. The water was absolutely stunning. It sparkled like diamonds and seemed like there was lightning zipping through it. It was beautiful! “So what the hell do we do now?” Zeke questioned. The ground started shaking and we watched in awe a ship rose from the water. It was large and black. I had never been on a ship before but there was a first time for everything.

I love this book so much. I’m glad I was a beta reader because it’s even better than when I first read it. I love the dynamic between Zelda and her family/people - as well as her dynamic with Penn and Hunter. I can’t wait to keep reading!!

I thought Zelda would only be the funny one. I didn't expect it would be the same with Hunter. The way he was rejected and said that he would tell it to his parents was just hilarious lol. The humor of this book is not something to be missed. This book is a must-read for great entertainment. Awesome

THE LAST INITIATE

THE LAST INITIATE

He began to unscrew the lid of the bottle to pour the fourth glass, before he changed his mind and sat on a large leather chair in front of the television. “Maybe the goddess suspects something…maybe it’s about his late father, or that bitch Seductra. Whatever it is, I hope her Utmost Prosperity will be able to take adequate care of it. He picked up the remote control and increased the volume of the television, as the channel began a special report on shipping activities to and from the United Arab Emirates. “…eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty-one… twenty-one marine aides dead.” She screamed in a fury while watching the corpses of the twenty-one ladies in a heap atop the watery altar. Her Last Gift

Her Last Gift

“Why are your hands so cold? Have you been too tired lately? I will reduce the interest on that debt by another two points for you. How does that sound?” My body stiffened before I forced out a polite smile. “Thank you, Mr. Cardea.” Daniel smiled and patted the top of my head. “Good girl. Come home tonight. I want that pot roast you make. Do not keep me waiting.” Home. That villa on the hillside was not home. It was a beautiful place that felt like a prison. I returned to my desk and opened the memo app on my phone. The numbers on the screen represented my mother’s life.

Her Last Death

Her Last Death

Selene Before sunset I turned my quarters into a crime scene, and it was all for one man. Maps covered the table and more maps littered the floor. I had alley sketches pinned to the wall with iron tacks. Timelines were written in ink on parchment in neat lines. They collided with circles, arrows and corrections. Witness statements were in piles and they were ranked by usefulness and stupidity. Most people get poetic when they're scared. He vanished into the air, His eyes were icy cold, He moved fast, It wasn't natural.
