But that was not the only thing that caught Mr Sanchez's attention, on the corner of the card, he noticed something, it was an emblem.
It was a fancy letter ‘D,’ elegantly curved in a bold, cursive font on the card. Next to it, a small symbol resembling a majestic lion. Mr. Sanchez's expression changed drastically upon seeing the emblem. He recognized it immediately; it was the emblem of the De La Cruz family, a well-known symbol. Almost everyone knew what that emblem represented. And seeing it on the card meant that whoever owned it belonged to the De La Cruz family. Or at least they had a connection to the De La Cruz family, if not belonging to it outright.
