Curse of the Wolves

Curse of the Wolves

The other side was identical, only the stone was dark as night itself. When paired together, it looked as though the creatures were readying to battle one another. Beside the doors stood those twin Gods that had offered me a choice. Even etched in stone, I recognized the sly tilt to their lips, and could practically hear their lilting voices unfurling in my head. “There’s a plaque over here.” Draco grunted, capturing our attention. He wiped part of the wall with his hand, smoothing away a thick layer of dust. His brows furrowed as he read, “Beware the Librarians who gave sight for sound. Tread quiet and swift, or you’ll never be found.”

Absolutely love this book, couldn't put it down. I've honestly read it more than once haha. Any chance I can buy it in paperback? This is a great book, give it a chance you won't be disappointed. Love the characters, love the book, love it!

I love this story so much that I kept reading, not realizing it was already four in the morning, and I had to wake up to take my kids to school at 7. every story by this author is beautifully written and addictive, but I love the humor and the strong female character in this story the most.

The Omega's Crown

The Omega's Crown

"Because you've spent the morning being told things you did not need to be told by people who did not need to tell you. I thought you might appreciate being told one true thing by a person who hasn't lied to you yet." I stopped in front of him. "What's the true thing?" "There is a library on the second floor of this wing. The door is the third on the right at the top of the staircase behind me. The door is not locked. It has not been locked in seventy years." "And?" "And the current head of the lower kitchens won't enter that library because the books are above her station. The current head of the great hall won't stop you at the door because the library is not his to the police. The current

Mechanic or Luna: Book two

Mechanic or Luna: Book two

“That’s what the warriors saw?” “It is….” As the anger grew, his eyebrow raised up. “There weren’t reports of those machines.” Piercy showed me a particular one that made my skin crawl. “This is used to keep the woman open for multiple men. Tell me that didn’t happen to you?”

His Unwanted Wife Returned as a Boss

His Unwanted Wife Returned as a Boss

"You're turning her into a monster! You're making her Vivienne!" "I'm making her a Partner," Luc corrected. "A Thorne doesn't need a teacher. A Thorne needs a Chief Financial Officer." The Final Dividend: The Breach of the Vault The library began to shake. Not from the "Un-Space," but from a Physical Breach. The front doors of the library didn't open; they were Audited out of existence. A figure stepped through the gap. It wasn't the Grand Auditor. It wasn't the Sovereign.

Lovers & Liars

Lovers & Liars

Turns out this place has not been a place for me to crash but somehow along the line, it had turned into a home for me. As I neared the stairs, I paused and took one last look down the hallway and in the direction of Liam's bedroom. I had avoided that room like the plaque since that fateful night and it was even better that he has not returned home since. Heaving another deep sigh, I went down the stairs with my suitcase behind me. “Ms. Reynolds?” Mr. Gibbons' voice had me jerking my head up. I smiled as I saw him walking up to me with Mrs. Halifax right behind him. “Oh, Mr. Gibbons and Mrs. Halifax! You were both at home.”

Annalisa

Annalisa

We both jumped, startled, to see a stern-looking librarian peering at us over a towering stack of books. “Ahem,” she cleared her throat pointedly. “No… public displays of affection are permitted in the Royal Library.” My cheeks flushed scarlet as Adrian threw me a sheepish grin. “Sorry, ma’am,” he mumbled. The librarian, however, didn’t seem entirely displeased. A hint of a smile played on her lips. “Just… keep it professional in here, alright?” she said, her voice softening slightly. With a final warning glance, she retreated back into the labyrinthine stacks of books. We both burst into laughter, the tension melting away completely.

Chasing Liberty

Chasing Liberty

I sat in the library staring at all the old books, trying to find a map. A map that would tell me about Lameron. Most importantly where it was exactly. I knew nothing about it. Some elders in town might have known, but I couldn’t be asking questions like that. So far, I hadn’t found a thing. I was coming up so empty handed I was beginning the think the queen might have played me for a fool. Vivian said all she knew was that Lameron’s demise was new history it hadn’t happened that long ago. The library was a dead end, it had zero information to help me. I was going to have to think of a different strategy to find the information.

In the Darkness of City Blocks

In the Darkness of City Blocks

Approaching the nearest werewolf, he asked: - Where is the librarian? - he showed his hand in the direction of the archive. Baruz nodded to him and headed for the bookstore, his broad shoulders lightly brushing against the bookshelves. The librarian sat at a table in the center of the archive room, rummaging through a pile of books. The door slammed loudly, the librarian jumped in surprise. “Oh, Baruz, I’m just waiting for you,” the librarian rattled happily, adjusting his round glasses.

Jasper: Love and Monsters (Book 2 of Jasper)

Jasper: Love and Monsters (Book 2 of Jasper)

“As you well know, this part of the castle gets minimal traffic and this room gives them no reason to enter.” Looking around at the barely furnished room, Lila nodded her head. Making her way to one of the two antique occasional chairs that were placed haphazardly near the charred and lonely looking fireplace, she seated herself and prepared for whatever was to come. As she headed out the door, Mirabella stopped and said, “I mean it. If I’m not back in fifteen minutes, I’m not coming and get to your room before you’re missed.” “And if you do come back with the child?” Lila asked.

His Royal Luna (Alpha King's Royal Luna)

His Royal Luna (Alpha King's Royal Luna)

Well, I believe librarians do really become naturally strict due to the everyday reprimanding of noises and hey, do not ever disturb a person with books or they will blow fire at you like a dragon for ruining the running imagination inside her head. “I have been notified about your arrival Luna, I am Tanya the librarian and I will be assisting you throughout your stay here in the Library. If you may I shall tour you around.” She said and moved out of her cubicle to face lead me the way. Yael stood behind farther and I nodded at him to gesture that he may remain and relax since we are already inside the library and nothing will happen… hopefully. “This way Luna, I shall show you the book sect

The storyline is good, but the grammar is problematic. I hope the author can double check and edit each chapter before publishing it. It's a paid per read book, so it should worth the coins. Readers paid for every chapter and it's not cheap every chapter, so I guess it right to demand better quality

Nice story so far. But the part of fl being royal princess is not yet incorporated in it, yet the story is labelled as complete. Yet u can read as a whole till marked part as u can consider it as completion of a phase of their story.
