I hurried him on as we walked out of the room. "Clip! Clop! Clip! Clop!....." Our footsteps sounded as we walked through a long hallway, lined with flaming torches on the walls with green flames on them, giving the hallway a green hue similar to emerald. We had been walking through this hall for quite some time. Was this supposed to be a subway? Why the fuck was it so long?! A sound much similar to the flowing waters of a gentle stream filled the ears of every Walker as a large river of blood engulfed the desert. The river was several meters long and stretched as far as the eye could see, going beyond the confines of the desert and even extending to the land after it! It truly was a sea, for it had no end and no beginning. It was as vast as it was deep. The Walkers began to slowly sink into the thick, viscuous sea of blood. They tried to resist the fall but couldn’t do anything other than prolong their inevitable fate.

Being able to explore my characters through their own points of view was an eye opening experience, and I hoped you loved tuning into Dalton, Kendra, and Jake's thoughts just as much as the lead's, Hollis and Whitney's. Despite this book taking five months to write, a month less than two of my other novels, "Not All Who Wander Are Lost" is by far my longest book, nearing 600 pages. I couldn't avoid it since there was so much I wanted to cover, and there are no regrets.
