The Lycan Kings Mate Novels & Stories

Like looking into a void. My blood ran cold. If the Lycan King's wolf couldn't recognize his own mate, then what were we actually dealing with? "So it seems we are dealing with something out of our control," I whispered to the empty, shadowed corners of the study. "Something the werewolf world has never seen before."

On one hand, it would garner us favor with the Alphas as they would be sympathetic to our cause, on the other other hand we would look like two incapable shifters that couldn't one single weak Omega. Then again we couldn't say we wanted to take over the city for fun or because we were bored, although cities have been conquered for way less. "Well to be honest with you Duncan, both of us have a bone to pick with the current Alpha King Valerian." He leaned forward, his eyes sparking with interest. The idiot even picked up a piece of meat and a glass of wine in the other like this was a movie that needed popcorn for. I bowed my head, all a show to look like the story was weighing me down. "He w

Just like all the Moon Goddess’s creations, when she created the first Lycans she made mates for them just like anyone else to keep them grounded. For years Lycans protected the werewolves and thrived until the Old Lycan King lost his mate. He then became greedy and when he found out that his only son, the young Lycan Prince's fated mate was an ordinary female werewolf he completely lost himself. The Old Lycan King prohibited them from completing the mating and ordered his son to reject the werewolf female, as the Old Lycan King had arranged for his son to be mated to a pure-blood female Lycan Princess, joining their kingdoms, expanding his own and making his Kingdom one of the strongest.

Davina’s POV The Lycan King is my mate. I felt my heartbeat racing with each passing second, I tried to control my breathing and appear as small as possible away from him but when he leaned closer, I felt an intense spark from his touch alone, and a foreign sensation pulled between my legs, invoking a moan from within me.

My birthday is today…it’s my ninth year…. The Lycans were snarling, snapping at my parents. Accusing them. Something about traitors. Something about a mate. Why’s everyone talking about mates? Lycans can’t mate with werewolves. Papa fell. Then, Mama. Both of them made a horrible, wet sound. Both added to all the red. Go away. Go away.

I felt a strange feeling of need and despair, as if I needed something to calm my nerves. Tristan poured another drink, his fingers brushing mine as he offered. "So, Veronica, who is this guy that's giving you so much trouble?" I took a sip and let the alcohol burn my throat before answering. "These are the Lycan Kings, Lucas and Simon." Tristan's eyebrows furrowed. "Ah, twins. They have a good reputation. And you alone." I nodded, feeling the warmth of the drink spread through me. "Yes. I don't think I want to bring it."

"I-why does he want to do that? I thought that was for mates?" Alex swallowed, his thick throat working down what looked like a lump of fear. "It is, Jane. But for those that don't have mates, or don't want their mate, you can mark anyone. He wants to mark you to become his queen, which tells us he is a Lycan King. He rules over other lycans." Jane hated the sound of all of that. "What are we going to do?" Alex cleared his throat. "We're going to do what we planned. We're going to ask your aunt about anything in your family tree, and then we're going to protect you at all costs."

he says. “Do about what?” I ask, knowing exactly what he means. One of the qualifying factors in becoming Lycan King is to have a mate, but not just any mate, a strong and viable mate. “The law states that an Alpha, or any Lycan, who takes up the title and power of King must have a mate of equal or higher status,” Elder Johnson interrupts, finally speaking. Elder Mann has never gone against my word, and with their little exchange earlier, I knew he still didn’t want to oppose me.

~Astrid~ I felt something calling me, i didn’t know what it was that kept calling me but then i didn’t know what it was but i knew that the feeling was one that i couldn’t describe. “Oh my, did you see the Lycan King Dante? He looks like a statue that the moon goddess made herself.” “He doesn’t look like what we heard in stories as children, they said that Lycans were beasts that were merciless and ruthless but then he didn't look anything like that.”

He said finally with great effort. “And what makes you think it’s none of my business?” I rose to my feet and walked towards him, Tyler stared up at me with bewildered eyes. “Maybe you don’t seem to realize that the tables have turned, Lycan king. I can crush you with a snap of my finger, I can take that stupid crown you wear as the Alpha King and dispose of any position you hold in your pack.” I said fiercely. “Don’t mess with me.” As I turned my back to him, Liam rose angrily to his feet, and immediately, about ten guards surrounded him, each holding a sword to his throat. I stared at him murderously from the corner of my eyes.
