Johnny says as he looks at me concerned, we lycans only ever got one mate our entire existence. if our mate was a werewolf and not a lycan the bond could be broken on their end while ours remained regardless of the rejction. Even if we accepeted the rejection the bond would never fade or tear, a curse for us to bare for the rest of our existence... But one thing I did know for certain..I had more than one mate...one that would accept me until Grace would...

I nod again and she turns to leave with Athena following silently behind. I lay back onto the bed and let the tears fall. I haven’t cried over him in almost three years. I thought I had healed more than this. Does anyone really get over their first true love? The animal on the floor moves suddenly. ‘I don’t want to hurt you Lucius, but if you get up off that floor then I will kill you.’ He stops dead and flops back on to the floor. I sigh loudly and watch the shadows on the ceiling dance around from the cars that drive in and out of the car park. It is an unusually busy place for somewhere so remote. Curiosity gets the better of me. ‘What did you do that was so bad your mate rejected you?’ I

"The Lycan that you aren't sure will mark you, what happens when he hears about your past? How you haven't resisted the urge of warming other men's beds every night. You are just a mistress, Lila, and I believe that you will always remain one," The silly smug on her face was suddenly dampened with a fierce look, her eyes were brutal and if a chance could present itself I am sure that she couldn't think twice in ending me right away. "Have you forgotten that Lycans only have one chanced mate and the universe has favored me, I am his only mate on this earth, Luna Rhea," she slurred, flashing her canine at me. "He couldn't dare to reject me, it is not like he has any choice, who would like to s

" You are beautiful but stubborn. I told you your brother's mate needs sometime to adapt. You don't force things on a sad person " I swallowed hard at this. Now that Lycan put it in place I began to feel remorseful. " I feel bad when she rejected Ethan. I can only imagine how he felt " Lycan let out a sigh and shrugged. " I have been rejected my whole life. Once my mate rejected me, it's uh... Unbearable. I can relate " I Shivers slightly at Lycan's words. Yeah, I have rejected him in the past. " My son Alpha will be rejected too Amelia. I could almost see the future under my gaze whenever I looks at you or feel my baby. His mate would reject him and he would be... Devastated just like I hav

I need to understand how an earth can the mate bond reject someone. The whole point of being a Lycan is that unlike us werewolves they can mate with anyone they wish. We don’t have the luck of choosing who our mate is. And as you saw from the situation in my old pack, it’s usually a death sentence. Jennifer and Ashley are living examples of what happens when you are mated with the wrong person. Both of them are now stuck living with those monsters they call husbands. And the most annoying thing is that they don’t only torture their mates.

Can I have more than one partner here? "Oh, I don't have to worry about him going to someone else. "As far as I know, no one else here is interested in him, and a lycan can only have one mate (except the King, of course)," she said. I felt a sharp pain in my chest, but I tried to hide it. I wondered if Lucian didn't like me because he was already thinking about someone else.

As I brushed aside the tall blades of grass for a better view, I stumbled into Cauldron, and his expression revealed he had something to tell me. I glanced over and saw that Ashton was out of earshot. With my arms folded, I turned to him and asked, “What?” “What's with you and his Majesty earlier?” “I have no idea what you're talking about,” I feigned ignorance. “You're aware that the Lycan has a mate now,” he stated. “A chosen mate, not necessarily a true mate and so?” "Put an end to any thoughts of becoming his wife; don't come between them," he warned fervently.

The room seemed to spin around me and I raised one hand to clutch Mami’s skirt tightly. “What is she talking about?" Tears I didn’t realize I was holding leaked from my eyes. “Your majesty, please reconsider,” Mami begged. “You can’t seriously want to wed her to that cretin. Selena has bright blue eyes! Ringed with gold. If she were a man, she would be a lycan, and now you want to marry her off to that black-eyed monster?!” “He’s a prince! A more eligible match than the Beta she tried to marry."

Because though he hadn't conceived with her yet, his brother enjoyed participating with Sonja as if he couldn't do that at any time. Viper was aware that he could stay on the ship this season. However, he'd already had to scare several males away from his mate, and his den brothers also had. Humans were rare for those Lycan that didn't go to earth. So, mating with one always seemed to appeal to them. He didn't want to spend the season killing males left and right because he doubted, he would be able to stop at just besting them. He also did not want any females challenging her on the other side of it.

But it was quickly extinguished, replaced by a cold, hard mask. Aria reminded Ryker, "You promised me marriage at the next mating ceremony. That's why I accepted this." Tears streamed down her face as she spoke. Ryker's expression remained cold and unyielding. Ryker sneered, "You never did. Stop lying." Aria's face crumpled in pain. Ryker's words cut deep. Ryker's voice dropped to a menacing tone. "Let's be real, Aria. I had to force myself on you. You didn't exactly give me your consent."
