Every story has a beginning, some good, some bad, mine has never been a happy one, no matter who, or how I tell it, nobody will believe me. I can't rely on the people in my life, My parents ignore me, or are cruel to me, my friends are unreliable, and aren't trustworthy either. So what happens when I turn 16 years old, and run away from my problems to another world, only to find myself in the same magical world I played make belief in as a kid? With heartbreak at every turn, and a possible new relationship on the horizon, what could possibly go wrong in this world that hasn't happened to me on Earth?!

She felt like she had touched a great secret, making her feel clammy. "Alright, its done. Let's see what you got." The noble magus said. The violet parchment floated back to the large table, a weird mist covering its contents. He snapped his finger and a weird ball of light appeared. It slowly dropped into the violet mist, eliciting a magical reaction. "Show me the lass' aptitude," whispered the old magus as he eyed the parchment. The mysterious purple mist enshrouding the parchment slowly receded, revealing some mythical shining runes. A few letters suddenly appeared.

So he started searching its bag for any anti-spells portions while the Centaur’s arrows were randomly flying towards their direction without hitting anyone in one in particular. Dike finally found the portion that can be used to destroy enchantment on the Centaur. This portion is made of some special leaves that destroy divinations and enchantments. The oracle gave them in case if a spell was cast on any of them by any witch or mysterious creature during their journey. After that, the room shook as if there was an earthquake. The bookshelves surrounding the room fell one by one before everything broke like a glass into tiny pieces. The wind howled afterward, carrying the pieces until they disappeared. Marco’s eyes grew wide as they found themselves in an abyss. Purple clouds filled the sky and the land in front of them was wide. Their eyes couldn’t reach the end.

Douglass accepted the challenge and looked back at Amethyst who had acted on an impulse and snatched the book from his hands. "There were two books — the book of Spells and the book of Prophecies. Why only this one?" Turning every page of the book, Amethyst investigated, narrowing her eyes at Douglass who never said anything else. Amethyst swiftly stopped turning the pages and stopped on one page that had her name written boldly at the top. Her eyes widened with unspeakable fear that attracted the attention of both Liam and Douglass. "M-my b…blood is needed for the…rebirth of the demon…?" She gasped and the book elegantly fell from her hands.

I folded my hands around my chest, watching as she brought out a pale orb of hazy reddish light and kept chanting, the orb changed into a crimson-red glow before changing into a black light that displayed Asher’s castle. She took out a dark book of magic, flipping through the pages while I watched her in silence. The pages looked paper-thin as if held together just by a spider web thread that would tear at any instance. She closed her eyes and seemed to be doing something with her mind. Her hand hovered over the book while she held one of it in her other hand and began chanting again.

In fact, there was so much room between the size of the cover and the size of the pages that crystal tucked right up into the gap when she set the book on end. It was a perfect fit.
