The Dragon And The Rose Novels & Stories

The rare black dragon roses. These are unlike any other roses, black in colour, and twice the size of ordinary roses. They are uniquely found only within the confines of the dark forest's cliff! “Found them!” I cried out, feeling a gush of excitement. “Be careful!” Rey warned from behind. After setting my bag down, I cautiously approached the cliff edge, which was somewhat slick from an unexpected rain shower. I gently positioned myself at the edge, leaning slightly forward, and reached for the plant. A single rose would suffice.

The snake rose above the river and rolled it's muscular tail around the dragon's body , squeezing it to death. The dragon tried to get out of it's grip but getting out of the snake's tail was impossible. It emitted fire towards the snake but his fire was harmless to the snake. And now it was Fenix's snake turn , it emitted the glass fire which burnt the dragon into ashes. "Woah! So powerful you are , hubby." She landed a light kiss on his cheek hugging him tightly. She was feeling so proud of herself because she had powerful mates. He just blushed in shyness. He ordered his snake figure to help the boat to sail in speed. Following his master's order ,the snake went under their boat and pushe

I sent a wave of happiness to the plant, and we all watched it grow into the Mikado Rose Bush it was meant to be. “Perfect Aria. You used Earth, Air, and Water altogether. Now let’s see what you can do with Fire.” Rose said. As I was thinking about what I should do with the Fire, I got a tickle in my throat. I coughed and fire came out. To say I was surprised was an understatement. Everyone else was a bit shocked as well. Except for the kids, they looked excited. “Definitely a Dragon.” Petra said and the boys agreed.

he filled her cup of wine and sighed, "he knows what he is doing, and… even if he is stubborn and an idiot, he will never harm her." Madame Lu laughed and clashed the cup of wine with his. She was a bit relieved. The idiot of that boy was making Emma sad and hurt with his stupid confusion. She knew it, as she had seen it. The Rosaline Fragrance may not be known to many but to her it was evident. That time in the tournament, she was withness of the craziness of its effects. The many little dragons that were conceived that day will make a strange resurgence in the population many years later. Not only dragons but other races, those that participated and even more, mixed breeds.

After I was done she looked into my eyes with a flashlight and gasped. "What is it? What's wrong?" Damien rushed out. "I had a hunch, but I wanted to take a look at her before I said anything." She whispered while still looking at my eyes, blinding me. "Spit it out." Jackson snapped. Isn't he the calm one? "Her wolf and dragon are fighting each other on who is going to come out first. In the process, they are tearing Rose apart from the inside out." She said while lowering the flashlight.

Rosalie looked over at him with a nervous smile. “My attention is on the moon.” She spoke gently. “I swore I saw something against it last night.” “Oh.” Brent asked intrigued. He had both hands on the stirring wheel as he took the corners gently. He didn’t want to startle her anymore then he has already done this morning. He knew it was going to be a lecture for sure. “It looked to be a dragon.” Rosealie spoke gently. “He was silver but had a bit of a glow from the moon. He was beautiful.”

The tips of the petals are jagged as if spike and are a bright yellow. “They call it a sanguine rose. They are a flower that exist nowhere else in the world because they are made by dragons. In a video game called Skyrim they were used as a signal of aid for a time in the game. For us dragons we have interpreted them as a call for help. Another way to need aid if you will” I tell her as I move closer. Removing just one from the long entangled stems I hand it to her. “The best part is that they themselves need a little aid before they can show their true beauty.” Talking is not touching.

“Yes, yes, yes! I want to! I’ve always wondered what it feels like to fly. My own dragon egg hasn’t hatched yet, so I can’t fly on my own.” “Then come, daughter,” Roosevelt said. “Let’s ride Shadow Scale.” Rose beamed. “That name is so cool. I’ve been struggling to think of a name for mine.” The two of them walked out together. From the upper corridor, Evelith and I watched as the enormous black dragon landed, its wings blotting out part of the dark sky. Rose squealed in delight the moment she touched its scales. Shadow Scale did not seem to mind her loud excitement. Even Roosevelt let out a low chuckle as he lifted her onto the dragon’s back.

"Antonella. I was just thinking about the story you told the children yesterday. About the dragon. I wish I had a dragon to burn down a few things in my life." "Perhaps a dragon is too loud, Señora," I said, walking toward her. I was holding a single Black Baccara rose, its stem trimmed, its thorns meticulously removed. "Sometimes, a small beauty is enough to remind us that we are still alive." I held out the flower. Evelyn’s breath caught. She reached out, her fingers trembling as she took the rose. She brought it to her nose, inhaling deeply, her eyes closing in a moment of pure, unadulterated peace.
