In Service of the Alpha

In Service of the Alpha

Most of the gods were silent, the two vocal ones - Minos and the Moon Goddess - talked to him often, but every once in a while, four or five or more of them would invade his head, and then they’d start arguing with each other, as if his mind was their conference room. He looked out over the mountains again. This place could really be something, he realised. Humans liked to go to fancy mountain resorts. They loved experiences. They enjoyed taking photos and videos to impress other humans. This place was different. Almost exotic. If he could find a way to get it back, he could turn this town into a little goldmine. He seemed to recall reading something in his grandfather’s diary about opening

I love this book! The character development of the two main characters as well done. I could not help but fall in love with Mara and Jonathan. Excellent writing! I will definitely be reading more of this author’s books.

Absolutely amazing. The story was so unique and dark and full of passion. And the story and characters growth was incredible. Such intricate details. Definitely worth the read! Thank you author for the amazing story!!!

The Man in the Past

The Man in the Past

In the picture, Harold was listening intently to a doctor in a white coat, while Jacob sat obediently beside him. Susan's face was only half visible in the corner of the frame, but she was smiling brightly. The caption read. "I thought I'd hit rock bottom, only to realize a new path was waiting just ahead. I'm so lucky that you're always here." I thought I'd be angry when I saw the post. Yet, to my surprise, I felt nothing. It felt like I was observing two strangers who no longer had any connection to me. I liked the post and commented, "Such a lovely family. Congratulations."

The Miracle Doctor Won’t Be A Kept Man

The Miracle Doctor Won’t Be A Kept Man

When Kiran returned to the room, he saw newly bought pajamas on the bed, and his heart warmed up. Although Snow was ignoring him, she still prepared his clothes, which showed that she cared about him. Kiran changed into his pajamas and frustratedly picked up ‘The Secret Records of Dragonsmount’ to read it. The book told the story of Dragonsmount’s past. It began with an interesting verse. ‘The mountain is not a mountain, and the dragon is not a dragon. There are no dragons in the mountains, yet there are dragons in the mountains.’ These words have been on his mind for a long time. According to his memory, Dragonsmount really did have the energy of a dragon, but it was not anything impressive

The Secretly Rich Man

The Secretly Rich Man

The second he noticed Gerald, he was momentarily stunned though he quickly hid his shock with a smile before asking, “Well hello there, mister! Can I help you with anything?” “It’s a pleasure to meet you, sir! I’d just like to ask whether you know of any large families living up here on this mountain,” replied Gerald. “Large families? Haha! Take a good look around, mister! There’s nothing but mountains and trees all around! I’m only living here since I guard the forests! Nobody else here but me!” explained the man as he continued to smile. “I trust my friend who told me to look for him here. Are you absolutely sure that there aren’t any other families living atop this mountain?” said Lady Ya

It's a good book as far as I have read so far. I'm getting discouraged, though. I'm running out of patience and time for these types of stories. "Neverending" stories where some chapters repeat themselves for some reason or other drives me bunkers. Just saying. I prefer shorter stories.

Loving the Cold-Hearted Alpha Lionel

Loving the Cold-Hearted Alpha Lionel

I just hope all conditions will fall into place for them to actually help us and not kill us. “No, Ruby. There’s no way they would just decide to kill us. I think the Mountain Men choosing to see you is determined by something within you, something that you must have that makes you different from every other mere tourist that comes to find them. And that is the faith within you. The Mountain Men could perceive it within us. They could feel our faith tugging at them—not just the faith of wanting to see them and have fun, but the faith of needing them urgently and that’s why they won’t do anything to us until they understand what we want.”

Rejected Mate: Rise of the Lycan Princess

Rejected Mate: Rise of the Lycan Princess

The wind picked up, bending the flames sideways. Snow stepped closer to the darkness. “You speak as if you’ve seen her.” Another pause. Measured. “I see everything that matters.” The forest seemed to grow heavier around them. Snow folded his arms. “You let them corner me.” “Yes.” Snow’s head snapped up. “You needed to feel vulnerable,” the man explained. “To understand that you are not the apex in this game.” “And you are?” Snow challenged. A slow smile could be heard in the man’s voice. “I am the one writing it.”

Rogue Alpha and His Hybrid Mate

Rogue Alpha and His Hybrid Mate

The book contained series of drawings of arts, and some obnoxious languages that they couldn’t seem to comprehend. “Who do you think lives here in the mountain?” Carl asked running his hands through the drawings of the book. “I don’t know but whoever it may be, they definitely possess quite a chunk of property in this room.” Mason stated as he tore his eyes away from that book. “And what do you all think you are doing, going around rummaging through someone’s property?” A strange voice from theirs echoed. They all looked at the direction of the voice and at the corner of the room, sat an old man.

GAME OF ALPHAS

GAME OF ALPHAS

CHAPTER 91: Extraction Point Third person’s POV The smell of smoke lingered in the air. The sharp, icy wind howling across the mountaintop, sweeping almost gracefully past a man as he stood on the rocky ledge of the high mountain. His long, dark hair, streaked with fiery red, danced in the gusts of wind, a striking contrast to his cold, stoic demeanour as he watched the chaos below.

The Dark Protector

The Dark Protector

It lays simply across my chest and over one shoulder leaving my arms free to collect what I find. I’ve been searching for an hour when I hear voices on the mountain below me. “Someone must be up there. There wouldn’t be a fire if there wasn’t someone up there.” A man’s voice says. “That doesn’t mean it’s a shifter.” Another voice says. “Who else is going to be out here, you idiot? No human could climb that mountain.” A third voice says. I crouch down, next to the tree I’m standing beside, listening. “That’s a good point. So, how do we get up there?” The first voice asks.

N.Savage
This is book number 2. It does not disappoint. There is no loss of momentum in this series. The characters continue to grow and evolve. Never a dull chapter. Cooper really did an excellent job setting up the series with places to go and more characters to introduce. Brilliant.
