Ivery's POV. As I sat there, transfixed by our gaze, a million thoughts flitted through my mind like fireflies at night. I could feel my heart racing, each beat pulsing in your ears like a drumbeat. My senses were heightened, every detail of Franco's face was suddenly crystal clear. The crease of his brow, the tilt of his lips, the glint in his eye. It was like time had slowed down, and we were both caught in a moment that felt like an eternity.
