“Go ahead, do it.” She hardened her gaze as she stared at him, trying to ignore the longing feeling that called within her, her wolf, it was trying to reach for its mate. She wondered if he could feel it too, if he could feel his wolf calling out to hers. But she could not read him at all. His gaze was hardened. “How?” He breathed, his voice cracking ever so lightly. “How is that possible? How can you be an Omega? How am I mates to an Omega”

Pulling up my phone, I texted Silas. ‘I might do some meddling with the fates.’ Once I sent it, I set my phone down and turned it on silent. “So how do we start?” Charles asked and I smiled. Taking a deep breath, I looked past the two of them. “Charles, how familiar are you with Omegas?” Sam froze for a second and looked at Charles. Charles closed his eyes for a moment and crossed his arms. “I am aware there are four main genes of wolves, as well as hodgepodge of just garden variety wolves.” I laughed at his analogy but let him continue. “You have Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Omega. Everyone else that doesn’t fall into that ends up being just normal.”

Then I took her to the stage, where her husband is already standing and she just got married this morning. I am standing at the end of the stage for the support and am collecting all the gifts from her hand. I smiled and looked at my friend being happy with the person she loves, her mate. That's when I remembered that I can never have a mate because I am... an omega. An Omega never got a mate and only lucky omegas will ever get mates. "She found her fated mate because she is Beta's daughter! Not like us..." my wolf cried in pain and I joined her, I really wanted to be with someone I love, a mate by the moon goddess.

I can barely handle the drama of having a fated mate that’s an omega. I still would have to get over that fact that I don’t want a mate. I will admit it is easier to get over it knowing I have a fated mate. However, the issue still remains that Wren is an omega. Omegas have been taken as mates before, but never by an Alpha Supreme. Sure alpha and beta wolves have claimed the occasional omega as their mate. However, not once can I recall in the history of our people has an Alpha Supreme taken an omega as his mate, let alone been fated to one.

Pregnancy with women of any kind is as high as those of Omega men. The Omegas are also the only ones who can undergo “true mating” with an Alpha. When an Alpha and an Omega mate, a “Bond” could happen when the Alpha decides to “mark” the Omega through biting onto his nape. That bite seals the Bond between the Alpha and the Omega—the act where the Alpha is fully owning the Omega. The Omega then can no longer mate with any other Alpha and his Heat wouldn’t affect any other Alpha aside from who he bonded with.

“Are you listening?” He asked because she seemed lost with the way she was looking at him. Tabitha nodded. “I hear everything you say about wolves.” “Okay,” he reacted and continued by looking away. “Do you know that a werewolf can be mated to a human?” He asked and when he looked at her, she seemed confused. “Yes, a werewolf can be mated to a human and if the human decides to accept the wolf as his or her partner, the human would be known as an omega of the pack because that human would be the weakest in the pack.”

But Hari just laughed treating it all as a joke. “It can be done. But anyway, let it not bother you. Alphas are always given omega’s to be their Luna. In the history of wolves, no alpha has ever been mated to another alpha. A beta, yes but another alpha, never. And a male at that. That would never happen,” Hari said and Ravi had nothing to say to that. whatever the Goddess decided for him, if it was not his Hari, he would never accept. And even if Hari was mated to someone else, Ravi swore to do anything in his power to make sure that they end up together. But for now, he would leave things at that.

We already caused most pack members to feel protective and care for us. The mate bond would be too much for most werewolves.
