Novel & Cerita The Oracle Paths

After using my energy to keep the road to the Oracle open long enough to make it to our final destination, I will likely need to rest before I can make the trip back home again, especially since Rosalynd and I are not formally joined. Second, the Oracle is not a particularly pleasant entity to encounter. There is nothing about the oracle that resembles “people”, as it is a creature beyond basic corporeal form. It is pure universal energy. Because of its nature, it doesn’t see a good reason to trap itself within a single, solid host, which can be a bit disturbing for those of us with only one form. Even among our kind, the oracle is seen as something beyond our comprehension, as to be unrelat

"Now let me ask this question. Did your parents conceive you with Cupid? You look like a dating site. You always match us with Shawn." "Just kidding." Dawn stood up. "Oh, hey, I'm going to the classroom, Best. You're sure it's okay not to be with you later, huh?" I nodded and smiled. "Bye." She waved a goodbye, then she walked away. The road wasn't that busy. Very few cars I see passing by, even though it is the provincial road. It's weird and creepy. The weather is gloomy now and earlier I noticed that someone seemed to be following me.

Niamh, her eyes scanning the vast expanse, remarked, "Every choice, every moment, all connected. The weight of it is... humbling." Malachi, pointing to a cluster of brighter threads, inquired, "What are those, Oracle? They seem... more vibrant than the rest." The Oracle's voice, filled with a gentle warmth, replied, "Those are the Nexus Points, moments of significant change, where realities diverge and converge. It's where your intervention matters the most." Ezra, curiosity evident in his tone, asked, "Is one of those our current reality? The prophecy, the Maelstrom, everything we're facing?"

"I am known as the Oracle, the keeper of ancient knowledge. You have come seeking guidance, and I am here to test your resolve." I approached the Oracle, my heart pounding in anticipation. "What is the trial I must face? How will it shape my journey?" The Oracle lifted their hand, and in the flickering candlelight, I saw a shimmering orb materialize. It pulsated with an otherworldly energy, drawing me closer with its allure. "This orb contains fragments of forgotten wisdom. Your task is to decipher its hidden message, to unravel the secrets it holds."

She said his name, her voice breaking sadly. “I just can’t be that mate…” He sighed. “I am so sorry, Kelly.” He proceeded to stand on his feet. Placing his hands in his pockets, he continued, “The Oracle is tomorrow night. You just turned eighteen last week; you’re still young. It’s a great place to find someone.” The Oracle was a ceremony that happened once a year. It was for werewolves to find a mate, but you had to be eighteen and above to attend. Everyone in the pack that could attend always did. Even the alpha of the pack and his Luna.

the oracle explained. All of them nodded in understanding before the oracle spoke again. "The Lunas and Alphas of the four mighty packs are special as well. That is why you found the enchanted Arthdal in the first place. I hope you guide them well." The oracle said vaugely, looking at all of them with a smile and locking eyes with Pete briefly leaving him confused as he watched her walk back into the temple. The intensity in her eyes. It was as if she was searching for something.

Each skirmish tested our resolve, but our unity and determination saw us through. Upon reaching Lumina, we were awestruck by its brilliance. The city shimmered with iridescent light, its architecture a testament to harmony and enlightenment. The Oracle's temple stood at its zenith, a beacon guiding us forward. --- Elara's Perspective Entering the temple, we were enveloped in a serene ambiance. The Oracle, a luminous being of indeterminate age, greeted us with a knowing smile. "Seekers of truth," she began, her voice melodic, "the Enigma's Heart and Core are keys to the Nexus—a conduit connecting all realms. United, they can mend the fractures between worlds or sunder them irreparably."

“Every youngling by the age of ten knows that.” The Oracle released a soft breath. “I see many things, Great Grand King. The past, the present, and the possibilities of the future. But the future is not a single, fixed path.” she paused. “I see multiple potential outcomes for every event. Sometimes three, four, or more distinct possibilities. I perceive these paths, but I cannot know which will ultimately come to pass.” Her grip on her staff tightened. “Intervention is dangerous. Even the most well-intentioned actions can disrupt the delicate balance of these possibilities, potentially leading to consequences unforeseen. Some of which have the power to set in motion events that plunge the w

Maybe, just maybe, she could make things right for Mathew and reunite him with his family. Maybe then her full sight would come back. Oracle Sage carried Mathew in her arms, her heart raced with adrenaline as she navigated through the darkened corridors of the building. She knew that their escape would not be easy, especially with pack warriors stationed nearby the borders, but she was determined to get Mathew to safety. With each step, Oracle Sage prayed to the Moon Goddess for guidance, hoping for a glimpse of the future that would aid their escape. But as she strained her senses, there was nothing—no vision, no insight to guide her.

*** The next few months were spent familiarizing with the world and the Norton Family. This world, Maest, functioned on two phenomena that definitely did not exist, or most probably was never discovered, in his past world. These two phenomena were called Essence and Battlesouls, they were sources, one of energy and one of the soul, respectively. These two things were interlinked with each other and guided their planet's Path of the Universe.
