The Orc Novels & Stories

I was going to take every stone, every secret from this cursed place and make it mine. We ventured deeper into the rift’s scarred valley, and that’s when we heard them—low growls, followed by heavy, clawed steps echoing against stone. Then they emerged. A tide of orcs poured from the mist, their green-gray skin marred with jagged black scars and mana corruption. Their eyes glowed white. Magic-fused. Twisted by the rift’s power. They charged. I didn’t wait for orders.

And in the center, a fire pit with a spit turning slowly over the flames. A figure straightened up from beside the fire. He was huge and easily seven feet tall, broad as a damn doorway, with thick green-gray skin stretched over heavy muscle. Tusks curved from his lower jaw, not monstrously long but impossible to miss. His dark hair was braided back from a heavy brow, and he wore simple leather breeches and a vest that looked like it barely contained his chest. An orc. Elena’s brain short-circuited. She’d studied enough folklore to know the stories, but stories didn’t prepare you for the living, breathing reality standing ten feet away, watching her with calm amber eyes.

“Where?” “I don’t exactly remember the name, but it is situated a few miles away from here, and Spraggins Corporation runs it. I heard it is the best orphan in the city. It provides every facility for children. They have large bedrooms, toys, swimming pools, clothes, and food. And they even educate the kids.” He glanced at the building before meeting my eyes. “I’m happy for them. They got rid of this hellhole. They were freed from those evil souls.” My brows snapped together in confusion. “What are you talking about, Ronan?”

We all said in unison. He lets out a heavy breath. “We have two oracles in our pack that just recently came in to their powers. They have told me they have seen an impending war coming our way. They can’t tell me why or when it’s starting let alone who is behind it. If anything, I think that is the reason behind the breach today.” “Why didn’t you tell us this sooner?” Asked Sean, the lead warrior. “I planned on it but I wanted to talk to them a little more first but things came up and I wasn’t able to.”

He stared at each one, and they all nodded, except for me, who made it clear that I was furious at being kept in the dark. “What a lack of etiquette to involve me in a meeting where the only one who doesn't know what it's about, King Lycan, is your Luna!” I growled loudly, ferocious, and impatient. “Control yourself, she-wolf!” The Alpha shouted, raising an eyebrow, making my wolf shrink within me. “Elara, did you get the stones forged by the orcs?” “Orcs?” I raised my eyebrows, intrigued. “They are creatures descended from ogres; they don't have the same size or fury, but their strength and cunning are equal to those of their ancestors!” Oliver explained subt

But if someone on either side went to the other side's territory to make trouble, he or she deserved to die. After traveling for an hour, they arrived at an area that was still under repair. The entire district was covered with a layer of a little choking smoke and dust. Xiao Chen noticed that many of the people who worked outside looked very strange. Some of them had bear heads, while others had wolf claws. All of them seemed to have infinite power. In shock, Xiao Chen asked, "Who are they?" "They are Orcs," Yang Qing said lightly. "Orcs?" Xiao Chen felt very strange. He had never seen such a race in the Five Continents. Was it also a race from ancient times?

asked Chaos. "Oh, we might leave that for another day, my lord. Look! The Orcs are coming faster than I had thought…" said Belphegor, as he pointed out with his flames shaped as a claw at the enormous army of over thousands of green-skinned burly men, who had large tusks coming out of their lower jaws, and fiery crimson eyes! They were all bald, and wore simple leather clothes, wielding gigantic weapons infused with shiny magic stones they mined around! These were authentic Orcs, the likes that Chaos had only see briefly in the books given to him when he was on his facility on his past life.
