After quickly returning to my room, I grabbed my new book, Half-Blood DNA and Why It's Superior to Pure Blood. It turned out that Maria was indeed there, stumbling over garments that were hanging on a rolling wardrobe.

He knew we were mates which was great because I could finally be with him. I went back to where I last saw Austin, but he wasn't there. Great. After all the thrills I felt when I searched for my mate, I was standing alone in an empty hall with my mate nowhere to be found. I was glad my wolf wasn't agitated as it was before. What if he knew I was his mate but had a good way of controlling his wolf and keeping his cool because, after all, he is just half-wolf and not completely a werewolf? “Other half? That’s what you call her?” I nodded. “She isn’t exactly a wolf nor is she a bear so I didn’t really know what to call her so I just settled for her being my other half. We are friends but she hates me sometimes.” “I hate you every time, I just don’t have a choice.” I mentally rolled my eyes at my other half’s words. “That’s cool. I just know she is as beautiful as you.” He complimented. “She is.”

Nala licks her dry lips and breathes deeply as she knows the scent is fading slowly. Nala pulls out her conversation when she finds out Raymond doesn't like it. "I was wondering, did you come indeed to look after me?" Raymond shifts his body to face Nala. Stare right into Nala's bead without blinking. "That's right, Nala. You have me. Although this is a consequence of Ray having half-human blood. But Ray's happy because it's Nala," he said. Ray groped his chest, then continued. "Here is a sign of ownership that already existed when Ray was born. Since Ray is half-human, Ray's owner can have Ray and do whatever he wants but Ray can't have one."

See, It's not my fault that I'm a half-blood. I too 'had' a normal life just like you until a series of action thriller mega-fantasy stuff started to happen in my life out of nowhere. Trust me, being normal is better than all this. Being a half-blood for real is pretty...I don't need to say that, because my brother has actually told all about it, so no. Let me warn you too.
