Novel & Cerita The Pack's Weirdo : A Mystery To Unveil

They entered their pack house which is more like a mansion, the Golem pack was the most influential pack in the region and their alpha, Donald was the youngest alpha in all the four packs, he was yet to find his mate as he believed that the mating bond is overrated. Donald walked across the halls, he wanted to get changed to another outfit so he will be right in time to teach the younger wolves how to handle their swords. He entered his room got changed and headed to the open field, he had a long way to go as his room was on the highest floor and farthest away from the grand staircase.

After my mind-link was rejected for the twentieth time, I clutched my corrosion report and dragged myself to the Werewolf Council. “Hello. I’d like to request the removal of all my personal records from the pack database... in advance.” The councilor gave me a sympathetic glance and asked softly, “Poor little child. Don’t you have any family members to stay by your side?” Just as the words left her mouth, my parents stormed in—trailing behind them, Elsa. My dad didn’t even hesitate. The moment he saw me, he exploded— No hesitation. No questions. No chance for me to explain.

'Did the pack know? Her trembling thumb dialed a number. “Elle?! Girl, where have you been??!” Lily’s shrill voice burst through the speaker. “Did… did something happen in the pack?” “What? Girl, you went MIA after what happened. I was looking everywhere—” “Lily!” Her own voice cracked. “Di—Did something happen in the pack today?” A long, unsettling pause. Then a sigh.

The intricate embroidery and delicate patterns added a touch of elegance, perfectly complementing Sandy's vibrant personality. Summoning my courage, I mustered the courage to ask her a question that had been burning inside me since we first met. "Sandy," I hesitated, "which pack do we belong to?" Confusion instantly flickered across Sandy's face as she turned to me, surprised by my inquiry. "What do you mean, what pack?" she said. "We're not in a pack. Packs are for animals, not humans," she remarked, her curiosity piqued. " I mean a pack , a Werewolf pack Sandy," I explained.

“Well, of course. She’s my successor, after all.” “Good.” “And how’s your pack faring?” Warrick asks him. “We’re settling well. Rogues keep us on our toes. I can’t really blame them since we took over unclaimed territory they used to roam. Oh, and we encountered a pack deep in the northern mountains that was…peculiar.” “A pack? I know of no pack in the mountains.” “That’s because it’s an unofficial pack. Apparently, a rogue Alpha established it. And it’s peculiar because it’s basically a rogue pack, yet very restrictive about anyone trying to waltz in. But it does let strangers in to bask in what the pack can offer.”

The moment I leave this Pack, the relief I will feel will be instant. "So, you're from the Devotion Pack?" he questions. I wasn't worried that he knew where I was from. Our Pack is known for the bleakest features and the darkest hair, which tends to be our best feature. He probably figured it out from a single glance. But still, I ignore him. "You seem really lost-" "Look, I don't mean to be rude, but I have had the worst day today. I have a stalker, a fake uncle and a man walking around who attempted to abduct me. If you could give me some time to think, I would appreciate it!" I snap.

I whisper. Corrian glances back, one brow raised, waiting for me to catch up. But he needs to understand how completely out of my depth I am. “Do all daycare employees get forest mansions, or am I some weird tax write-off?” I ask, trying to sound casual instead of overwhelmed and slightly aroused by the architecture. “It’s the pack house,” he says simply. My brows pull together, and I tear my eyes from the building to him. “Pack?” Red flag, red flag, total red flag. What group of men call themselves a pack, which implies predator. Please tell me it’s some stupid frat nickname they got in college and it’s just an inside joke.

“There’s something I need to show you.” Alice frowned as Mira pulled out a small, leather-bound book, its edges worn and stained. She handed it to Alice, her fingers brushing hers—warm, too warm. “My family’s kept this for years. It’s… history. About the packs.” Alice opened it, her hands shaky. The pages were old, filled with cramped writing and strange symbols—circles, crescents, claws. One word jumped out: Hybrid. Her stomach twisted as she read a line: Born of man and moon, the one who carries both bloods shall break or bind the packs.

Declan’s POV: Cold wind blew gently across the vast lands bordering the Westwood pack. It was a fresh morning, but the atmosphere was particularly cold. About a hundred soldiers assembled in an orderly formation, all dressed in brownish armor with a tiger emblem attached to the chest. I stood in front of them, inhaling cold air as I used my wolf’s inner strength to sniff around. Something was wrong. Someone was missing. I took a quick glance at Rhys who was standing right beside me, and he nodded to confirm my guess.

he says as he pulls up some elaborate spreadsheet. Then he leans forward, resting his chin on my shoulder. “Do you see this number right here?” he asks. “Yes.” “That’s how much money this pack is worth, Kennedy. Your $30,000 x-ray machine won’t even make a dent in this.” I stare at the number on the screen. “That’s a lot of zeros.” I feel him chuckle behind me. “Yes, it is.” “Wait. THAT’S why Jasper is after our pack?” “This pack is extremely wealthy, Kennedy. We are, by far, the wealthiest pack in the region, possibly the country. We could live off the interest that this money makes every month and never even touch the principal, and most months I have extra to reinvest.”
