Bloodbound: The legacy of Serelai

Bloodbound: The legacy of Serelai

“You have not achieved Balance. You have achieved paralysis. Balance is a dynamic state. A dance. What you have here is… a held breath.” Lyra smiled, a small, bloodless curve of her lips. “A breath held in perfect peace. Is that not preferable to the gasping, struggling breath of a chaotic existence? Come. Let me show you.” She led them through the silent city. The people they passed did not look at them. Their eyes were unfocused, their minds seemingly turned inward, basking in the constant, perfect note. They entered a vast, circular building—the Conservatory. In the center, on a pedestal of clear crystal, hovered the source of the Perfect Note. It was a large, flawless diamond, and from i

You Can Ask The Flowers

You Can Ask The Flowers

For the first time since entering the cooperative dimension, the landscape around them began to sing with possibility rather than judgment. They had discovered the secret that Seraphina's three failures had finally taught her: transcendent love wasn't about being perfect, but about being perfectly honest about your imperfections while choosing love anyway. The real test was just beginning.

His fated perfection

His fated perfection

He asked rubbing his well shaped nose on Adele cheeks before he moved towards her ear and whispered. “Because you are my fated perfection” he whispered before he looked at her green eyes which turned teary. That’s the first time anyone ever told her words to make her important. Gently Harden took her lips again, this time so slowly but full of wants, Adele gave him back the energy, all the time she wanted so bad to have him it’s here so she let herself free, free from not just her desire but also her life and the world happening around her……

The Alpha Queen They Once Threw Away

The Alpha Queen They Once Threw Away

"I've felt anger I struggled to control. I've extended trust that nearly cost lives. I'm not perfect, and I don't want you to release yourself into my care believing I am." Something shifted again within the vast darkness surrounding me, and I sensed, rather than heard, something like genuine, ancient laughter. "Perfection was never the requirement," the presence said. "Only genuine wisdom regarding your own imperfection, alongside authentic commitment toward continued growth. That honesty, more than any claimed perfection, is precisely what your ancestors hoped future heirs would eventually demonstrate." The darkness around me began to shift, gathering and coalescing into something consider

The billionaire hidden heart

The billionaire hidden heart

Hope looked toward the countless doors. “And choosing again.” The old man’s expression fell. Because he finally understood. The Third Path wasn’t a perfect world. It wasn’t a world without pain. It wasn’t a world where Hope could save everyone. It was a world where people could fail… And still choose again. The old man screamed. “ENOUGH!” The darkness exploded. A massive wave struck Hope. Adrian pushed her aside. The energy hit him. “ADRIAN!” He fell. Hope rushed to him.

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The truth of the statement hung quietly between them. Because yes. Children listened. But more importantly— they watched. Every day. Every moment. Learning who people became under pressure. How they treated others. How they loved. God. Elena smiled softly. "You know what that means?" "What?" Silence. Then gently: "It means we don't have to be perfect." Fair. Adrian looked unconvinced. Reasonable. Then she continued: "We just have to keep trying." God. That settled into him deeply. Because perfection wasn't possible.

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

The Perfect Thief

The Perfect Thief

The tranquility I was always looking for every time I was overwhelmed by all the things that happened to our family. "If you finally found the man who will hold your hand aside from Dad and your brother, or if ever he had been here already and visiting me every day just to court you, can you introduce him first to me? Dad just wanted to know who will be the blessed man who will witness the most precious smile I can see right now." He laughed as he said the first line and I felt that my face blushed as he sounded like teasing me and knowing that he was probably talking about Kolten, who always bring me to an old church and never stop confessing on the day of our birthday.

The Perfect Traitor

The Perfect Traitor

“Then you're basically admitting that you know you’re basic, just like the rest of us. And you know it. I wonder where this superiority complex came from. Probably from always being praised and treated higher than everyone else. But deep down you know you are not that special. But you’ll do everything to try and get rid of those thoughts, which is why you were so desperate for my approval. Because if there’s one person that isn’t going along with what everyone says and praising you for absolutely nothing. Then your world fucking shatters. And what’s revealed, is incompetency.” END OF FIRST ARC

The Perfect Disaster

The Perfect Disaster

I reluctantly agreed. My confusion did not take away from the absolute perfection of RU. Everything was so organized and reminded me of a well-oiled machine. Which was funny in my mind since that’s what they actually produce. There were so many inventions and ideas around the building. We slowly made our way over to a dimly lit section. I thought it must have been an idea that was put on hold. Until we got closer. Then it hit me. There was an arm on this table. An arm just like the one Will had. He wasn’t kidding. They literally built his arm.
