Climbing down, I noticed the pictures hanging on the wall, but what caught my interest was a giant portrait of a young woman. She had bright red hair, straight and revealing her forehead. Her eyes were gentle green, glossy pink lips and rosy cheeks. She was dressed like an Edwardian woman, white shirts, long skirts with a red corset and pink gloves. She held her little flower embroidered hat seated on her thighs with a playful smile at the camera. It wasn’t difficult to figure who she was. It was a beautiful piece to admire in Leslie’s childhood home. There was also a name engraved at the bottom of the frame. ‘Katniss Dietrich.”

Her hair fell into golden brown curls on either side of her face, covering her ears and matching beautifully with her fair skin. The smile she wore made Eira wonder if she had ever seen anyone as gorgeous before.

My fingers brush against something different. A rolled vellum. My breath hitches as I carefully extract it, unrolling it with trembling hands. The paper is aged yet well-preserved, and as it unfurls, a painted portrait comes into view. A woman. He has paintings of landscapes, historical subjects, and beautiful women. One particular portrait reminds me of your face. She looks like you.” I blushed, no one had ever made me feel so self-conscious before, and I was beginning to get annoyed by it myself. Liam would probably think I was so easy to please. Though, I was actually more surprised by his knowledge and love for the arts.

But I was disturbed by a sharp door knock and I dropped the portrait accidentally. I tiptoed to the door and stopped to listen. After a few overbearing knocks, it stopped. I sighed and tiptoed back to start my breakfast but was startled when the door unlocked by itself and I came face to face with the lady that I had been admiring in the portrait not so long. It seemed like portraits do come true. We looked at each other in silence.

I replied with a smile. Catherine was indeed beautiful. She had very long thick lashes and cute big eyes that fit perfectly on her round face. Fat cheeks and full attractive cheeks with well-accentuated curves and a beautiful heart as well. All the things I didn't have but wish I did. Looking at the picture you will see her aura of power radiating, Her skin was as light as milk yet shone like butter, her long blonde hair shimmered and shone brightly, her beauty was indescribable

Although the lady in the portrait was only capable of simple analysis, it actually has a good memory to make up with its deficiency.
