It was hard to sit through all this small talk when something big was about to happen. Scout’s mother nodded as Scout exclaimed, “Yes! Tell Luna Elle.” Doctor Cayden cleared his throat before he began talking. “There was once a young prince, Prince Alvis, who led his people to many great victories. But he was alone. His people took pride in his leadership for many successful years. Then, one cold hard winter, he was overcome by despair. He saw many doctors, but none could tell him what was wrong or cure him. He suffered through terrible anguish.

He patiently waits for the jewel to change it's red light until the audience becomes impatient. "Coward you have been rejected!" they scold. Several guards escort him back to his seat. Only the last born prince, Tedmond, is left. Just like Prince Elon, Prince Tedmond's hideous character is known to all. But it appears that he will be the emperor and the man whose proposal I must accept to make my father proud and ensure the survival of our northern empire under his reign.

"This, this is..." Sensing this terrifying aura, everyone was stunned. What was that? Who's that! However, when they took a closer look, they were all stunned. Because they saw clearly that it was not a man, but the prince! The prince was here! However, the prince was still the same as before, looking like a child. There was nothing he could do about it. Although Prime Minister tried his best to resurrect the prince and bring him back to this world, the prime minister was caught before he could do it perfectly!

I need to get out of here, or at least hide. When I open the door, I see Sister Angela approaching, she puts her finger up on her lips and points to the robe, simple but comfortable over the chest next to the small closet. Then urgently signals me to follow her. I prayed every night that they would not find me, that they would forget me, but the truth is that in our world, practically everything goes from one to another. Money, property, trouble, hate, broken promises. And I am the legacy of a broken promise.

My father said and I forced myself to sit back because I knew I would be the one embarrassed if I stood up to protest. “You all know according to the Seat of Rossi's rule, only the first male child can be the crown prince and that's because I am the first to have a female as my first child. But I don't care. I am the king of this seat and I make my rules. The next one taking over the throne after me is my daughter when she becomes of age.” He said standing up and some of the guards walked over to him, carrying the crown I had seen in his study over to him. In front of everyone, he went on his knees and crowned Isabella which only made my blood boil. He was supposed to crown me his queen now

She whispers, her voice filled with happiness. “Well, your happiness means everything to me, Princess. So what ever you want, just ask me.” I declare, wondering if her feelings for me were shifting in my favour, Jonathan fucked up when he cheated on Jessica. He could have had the perfect wife if he kept it in his pants. Now, I will make sure my Princess knows she can have anything she wants as long as she is with me. I will let her enjoy her days as a carefree wife sooner or later and let her have as many kids as she wants. “Thank you, Uncle Hunter.” Her voice cracks, and I know she is trying not to cry. My heart twists, and I wish I were there, holding her, kissing her tears away.

I was the only one left now. "I just know. They need protection and the Prince agreed to help them. With all their wealth and resources combined, Ian will be quite powerful compared to his brothers. The King has been keeping quiet until Ian is strong enough to get rid of his brothers. He will most likely return with the Princess of Colchis tomorrow." "Didn't you hear the rumor that he is back already? He returned without the Princess." "That cannot be possible." "Oh, it is, because he is here, Nana. And it is not a rumor."

When I opened my eyes, I saw a pair of beautiful brown orbs staring back at me. What is this?? A cliche Disney Princess story!? Ren smiled warmly at me as he panted. "You okay?" I just nodded my head. His smile seemed to grow larger on his face as he said, "See? I told you that I'll catch you." He boasted. Arrogant prince. His scent entered my nostrils and that's when I noticed the small space between us. "Ren, I'm glad that you kept your promise, but could you help me up now? I can't move properly in this situation."
