Ava revealed as she sat up and Ethan returned back to his sit. "Oh sorry about that, we had to check the engine real quick to see if it can last longer than the time it will take us to Russia cause something came up and I realized that we need to quickly make a stop at Morocco" he explained and Ava nodded, she didn't have a lot to say, if he said they needed to stop at Morocco then Morocco it was. She just leaned into him and closed her eyes once more cause she could feel the anxiety creeping back up and she needed to avoid it at all cost.

They were turning out of the Interstate onto the detour when they saw a bus leaving the station, and a few people on the platforms. Jay insisted in going in with Silvia. All the ticket booths were open, and they confirmed buses were running normally again, at least for the moment. That bus station served half a dozen little towns in the area, and they couldn’t afford to just shut it down if the roads were open, only because of a bad forecast. The next bus to Fargo was on the way and would be there in an hour tops. “Happy now?” Silvia said to Jay when she got her ticket. “Now go. You don’t need to stay.”

When the calls stopped landing, the messages started flooding in: [Aaron, I was wrong. Please come back.] [I was stupid. I shouldn't have listened to Victor. I screwed up. I'm sorry. I put my phone away without opening the album and went to the kitchen to get something to eat. There was a 16-hour time difference between Sothoris and Goldridge.
