Novel & Cerita The Story Of The Wendigo

She is thin, malnourished, but one thing bothers me. She’s not even eighteen. How can she be a rogue? Wolves turn rogue once they are exiled from their origin pack. No wolf is ever born rogue, unless a couple of rogues birthed a child of their own… It is impossible. Should be impossible. Rogues easily lose their sanity once they turn. The loss of their connection with a pack would be too much for a wolf, as we are born in a pack, with a pack, for a pack. This doesn’t make any sense.

When my ancestors settled here and began to build their pack of wolves, they named the pack after the birds that had already made their homes in these parts. Those beautiful, winged creatures hadn’t been seen in decades. Along with the war and the destruction of the atmosphere, wildlife began to disappear. Either migrating or dying off. As a little girl, my mother used to tell me that one day the Ravens would return to these parts. When the true Alpha of wolves walked amongst us. That the land would flourish and werefolk would begin to find their mates again. Maybe someday my mother's stories will come true, and the Ravens will return. I skip down the last step and round the corner landing o

"You may not believe it, but I met a few people who forbade me to come here, especially tonight." "The Day of the Ember Ghost," Dante said. "I'm glad they still talk about that. It's one of my favorite stories, actually. The day when the ember ghost emerges from his hell hole to find his next victim. Or was it the day of bad luck when no fisherman is allowed to go out to sea." Dante laughed. "Some of the locals looked pretty scared when they tried to prevent me from coming here. They really believed in their superstitions," said Jon.

851 AD The first snow of the winter was building on the horizon, casting out its tendrils of freezing winds to clear the way. Harvest was well and truly over and the men had returned from their hunting trips to now help with the final touches in securing the Pack's dens for the winter. The season could be cruel here but the wolves had learnt how to fare against the harsh conditions without the aid of the human settlement some fifteen kilometres to the south. But that was because the Northern Star pack had something that other packs didn't; their Luna was a witch.

Caroline, a she-wolf who has been considered a monster since she was a child, can she break the tragedy spell and find her MATE?

To think even the human gods are real. “There are a bunch of gods, Lia” she smiles, “werewolves are just too isolated from the rest of the world and too self-centered to care about the others” “Even concepts like: The Beast and The Blessed, are not solely Wolf concepts” she continues. “They aren't? Humans have a beast?” I ask, knowing full well I just found out humans have their own Blessed. “They do, that's the Wendigo” she says, “a human corrupted by power and consumes other humans”

Junior asked me curiously. I gazed at him knowing if I should tell the truth I would be in danger. He and everyone would think I'm a witch and I would be burned alive. Bazaar believes werewolves were caused by witches somehow awakening a very dark vicious animal spirit to take over man's soul that's why a werewolf is able to shift within a human form. He believes that the evil spirits had managed to create more creatures like him in populating the world just like us humans and other animals. "You should be happy I fought hard to escape because I could have died!" I shouted at him hiding the truth that it was the blood-eye wolf who had saved me.

I am the chosen one, people look up to me for protection but the white witches guarded me down like their life depended on them. Jake was worse than I thought. He would fight against the other clans and make them his cohorts by force or you die. I heard he wiped off the Wendigo. Wendigos are very powerful creatures with the same strength level as an Alpha Werewolf. Something that makes Wendigos weak is their hunger for human flesh. For vampires with the highest population to wipe off such powerful creatures, they were really strong and waxing daily.

Wendigo (creature) Wendigo is a creature that was once human but was transformed into an immortal evil spirit when it took up the practice of cannibalism. Wendigos are cursed to wander the land, eternally seeking to fulfill their voracious appetite for human flesh. Various Native American tribes tell slightly different stories about this creature and refer to it by other names – Wendigo, Witigo, Witiko, and Wee-Tee-Go – but each version roughly translates to mean the evil spirit that devours humanity. Around 1860, a German explorer translated Wendigo as a cannibal.

Not kidding or whatever, the heart melted into some kind of blue liquid. According to all the books and lores I read, although they all differed in one way or the other but majority agreed that wendigos were once humans with a huge carnivorous appetite for human flesh, well actually monsters weren't ever born- they were created. Long story short they messed up with a very powerful witch so the witch cursed them to be monsters with the insatiable thirst for human flesh. Now the folklore also mentioned in its contexts that the only thing that could kill a wendigo is a silver blade to the heart. Guess it was true after all.
