Rejected by Them, Loved by Their Father

Rejected by Them, Loved by Their Father

Finley throws up in the driveway. “What the hell is happening?” Anderson is grabbing his head and stomach. “That fucking Warlock!” Carter growls as he too throws up. “She is fucking the Warlock,” Finley groans and again spills the contents of his stomach. “You found and rejected your mate?” I ask, the anger rising. Duke- These morons don’t deserve a mate! And I can’t believe they have the last name Conrad. Duke snarls and wants to push forward to attack the boys. I push him down as best I can.

Just read this book yet again, and it just keeps getting better. It might seem a little cringy, but the Moon Goddess has a method to her madness. I just might start the sequel here soon, and I hope that it's just as good if not better.

Why are people complaining when the story is not completed as yet? The story is good and sometimes things happens beyond our control. Let’s just hold the bad reviews until after the final chapter. I for one am enjoying the book so far. People need to chill.

Stuck between two Alpha: Their mute mate

Stuck between two Alpha: Their mute mate

Else I wouldn't have felt something off and decided to listen on. Enough about him, I should stop thinking about him and think about my stepbrother laying unconscious. I hope he is awake by morning so Naomi wouldn't have to administer another treatment. From the way she was saying it, I fear she might be right and his body would reject the treatment. I'm not ready to lose him yet, neither am I ready to lose Naomi or my child. Those are the only people I know currently that are here with me. I woke up to the crowing of the chickens. I groaned and sat up on the bed. When did I fall asleep? But I didn't ponder on it for too long before I sprinted towards the room Lucien was in.

No More Waiting

No More Waiting

The solid floor beneath me felt as if it instantly collapsed and melted, transforming into bottomless, icy, and bone-chilling quicksand. I am being silently and irresistibly swallowed and sunk by this quicksand, falling straight down into an abyss with no light, no echo, and only boundless cold. My world completely plunged into darkness. “Bleiz!” “Quick, call a healer!” ... Overnight, my family produced another new joke. Yesterday, I left my mate behind at the mate bond ceremony, and today I’m desperately trying to get rid of my mate. My room is already a complete mess. I’ve smashed everything that could be smashed to pieces.

The Mate They Rejected

The Mate They Rejected

[SLOANE] The lake caught the morning light in long, unbroken sheets, and for one hour I let myself pretend the folder on my desk didn't exist. Oliver counted his skips under his breath: three, four, five, each throw more deliberate than the last. Remy had already named four ducks by the time I sat down on the bank—Biscuit, Sir Feathers, Duck Two, and one he refused to name because "he looks like he already has a name I don't know yet."

A Breakup to End All Breakups

A Breakup to End All Breakups

Rachel would always choose someone else over me. Feeling tired, Rachel slowly stood up. Out of the corner of her eye, something shiny caught her attention in the trash bin. She walked over and saw the broken ring inside. It had broken that day, right when she left with Ethan and didn't look back. She crouched down and carefully picked out the broken pieces, her eyes beginning to fill with tears. At some point, Gwen had returned and was leaning against the doorway, watching Rachel's reaction with apparent disdain. "Now you regret it? He's long gone," Gwen coldly remarked.

When a Cuckoo in the Nest Meets My Possessive Fiancé

When a Cuckoo in the Nest Meets My Possessive Fiancé

" The image of my wonderful fiancé had completely shattered. I couldn't help but wonder how my biological parents would feel when they saw me like this. Would they be heartbroken? The pain of the needle pulling through my flesh was unbearable. I couldn't scream, only thrashing my limbs in vain. Serena impatiently shouted, "Stitch up her hands and feet too. She's disgusting!" "Understood." Blood slowly flowed out of the bathroom, mixing with the water. It was about to reach Serena's feet when she immediately turned and hurriedly ran out of the bathroom with a look of disgust. The blood slowly dripped out of the bathroom onto the tiles outside. The sound of blood dripping echoed in the quiet r

Leaving Before He Breaks His Promise Again

Leaving Before He Breaks His Promise Again

"There's no need for that, Nicholas. We should—" Before I could get the words "break up" out of my mouth, a soft, dainty voice chirped from beside him. "Nicholas, we should get going. If we don't leave now, we'll miss the start of the show. You can't back out now. You've never stood me up before." I looked up and caught the provocative glint flickering in Madeline's eyes. Nicholas turned back to me. "Anyway, I'm heading out. Get home safe."

Broken promise

Broken promise

“He had you, Georgia. And he let you fall. A guy who loves you doesn’t delay. He doesn’t let his mother or another woman poison his mind.” Tears stung my eyes. “You make it sound so simple.” “Because it is.” His hand brushed against mine. “You deserve better than Henry. You always did.” The car ride was quiet, heavy with unsaid words. City lights sped past the window like ghosts. Finally, Donald broke the silence. “Stay with me. At least until you figure out your next move. My place is safe. No reporters, no lies.” I turned to him, unsure. “Why are you doing this? After all these years?”
