I turned carefully to the table of contents and ran my finger down the list. There were many chapters on various topics surrounding death. Eventually, I spotted one chapter labeled “Religious Reincarnation”. Seemed like a good start as any, and by that point, the library was about to close. I tucked the book under my arm and left. The librarian shot me a strange look as I checked out that book, but she didn’t stop me. “Make sure this is back by the end of the week,” she said, sliding the book back to me. “Any damage will come directly out of your student stipend.”

There were no instructions at all. I grabbed the page to turn to the next one but paused when red letters started to fill the bottom of the page. "Warning not for souls. Do not use if soul is in control." I whispered. My heart dropped as more red letters popped up. "Book is not for soul use. Refer back to first page." I read alittle louder. I paled alittle as I closed the book. When I opened up the book It just had the regular warnings. 'Make sure you read this whole page before continuing' Was the first warning. I sighed and tried to not panic as I quickly read the page.

Damien saw the book and his face squeezed up in an ugly scowl. "I warned you, Christiana.
