Of course, anyone who dares to disagree with them is a heretic. They are mentally unbalanced, obsessive and irrationally paranoid characters. They will burn, drown or execute anyone regardless of age or sex without mercy. They are completely devoid of mercy, and most of them lack any kind of reasoning ability. They promote fanaticism and mortification of the flesh, hardly knowing its power. They generate discontent and spread paranoia in their wake.

As a matter of fact, I make perfect sense to myself so their opinions really don't matter. “What are you two doing here? Do you have any idea who owns the territory you are littering with your presence? Be quick with those answers, boys… My patience is running thin.” I grin and pull the spoon out of my pocket. “What do you want from us, weirdo?” The first one shouts at me. “To think you are supposed to be any different from animals… The lack of intelligence is brain damaging, guys.” I groan.

I couldn’t help but laugh, thankful that they weren’t pushing me to get help. Luna Lannie was already out for my blood, the last thing I needed was for these two to make a scene. It also helped to see people you were terrifed of acting like everyone else. It proved that even monsters still had a human side. They still scared the daylighs out of me.

Because instead of forgetting, instead of letting it fade into something insignificant, I become obsessed. With it…. With the why? With the how? With The Who? I become obsessed with the curiosity of unraveling it all and the more I try to rationalize it, the more It sits at the back of my mind like an itch I can’t scratch, it’s quiet at first when I try to suppress it but then it’s loud, it becomes louder and louder as if it’s clawing at the seams of my sanity until it’s all I can think about in between sentences, in between breaths, in between pretending I’m fine.

I need her. I need Lola back to tell me what to do, to chase those demons that are festering and growing inside of my head. I want to hear her voice to drown this madness.
