Dark Obsession: Taming His Demons

Dark Obsession: Taming His Demons

The frozen landscape around us seemed to thaw as more plants sprouted into thorny vines. These vines slithered across the ground with an eerie grace, seeking out the enemy wolves. The attackers, ensnared by the magical vines, struggled against the thorns that tightened their grip. It was a mesmerising sight to witness nature itself responding to my call. The vines, imbued with my energy, worked in perfect harmony to incapacitate the assailants. The once overwhelming odds now shifted as the enemy wolves found themselves bound and restricted by the relentless growth of thorns. But the extraordinary display didn't stop there. As the trapped wolves struggled, more thick black smoke emerged from

The Alpha’s Shadow Luna

The Alpha’s Shadow Luna

Like the vines. Thick, ropy vines hung from the upper canopy like nature’s rope swings, dangling between the massive trunks with the casual invitation of something begging to be grabbed. I eyed one as I walked past and looked around. I’m looking for a plant to save my sister … I’m looking for a plant to save my sister. I glanced back at the vine. I grabbed it and swung.

Moonlit Destiny: The Prophecy of Selene

Moonlit Destiny: The Prophecy of Selene

All this because a child supposedly spilled the Alpha’s coffee. They walked on for bout fifteen minutes before they saw it. It was still a bit farther but there was no mistaking it.It looked every bit like its name, TROUBLED. The surroundings were demarcated with a bamboo stick fence. The bamboo fence looked old and was now surrounded by different plants and shrub. The fence was practically covered up by strong looking vines. The vines intertwined with the fence in an intricate and unusual manner, like they had a mind of their own. At the end of every of the vines their was a black rose that dripped red liquid.

Princess Cromwell and Her Six Brothers

Princess Cromwell and Her Six Brothers

Old growth of unknown age, some as thick as arms and others as thin as hair, crisscrossed and tangled between the trees like an all-encompassing giant net. She reached out to push them aside, and the moment her fingers touched them, the sharp edges of the vines cut her skin. New wounds overlapped old ones as blood seeped out and mixed with dirt, forming dark red scabs in her palm. Several times, suddenly rebounding vines wrapped around her ankle, throwing her off balance and sending her crashing heavily onto gravel-strewn ground. Her elbows, knees, and waist were spared nothing. Sharp stones tore her flesh, pain blackening her vision as she lay prone, gasping for breath.

The Alpha's Enslaved - Book I, II, and III

The Alpha's Enslaved - Book I, II, and III

I gasped in terror and ran as towering green tentacles reached and yawned for me. I tripped over broken dirt when suddenly the vines twisted and wrapped over my ankles, yanking me back. I clawed for the earth but more leeched around my arms, tugging me backwards. I was dragged back to my original spot. The vines pulled me into the air and dangled me upside down. Helplessly, I wriggled against their hold.

Wolf University: Rejected by my Possessive Alpha Mate

Wolf University: Rejected by my Possessive Alpha Mate

After that scenario, we all quickly wolfed out again when we escaped the pit. A sudden rustle echoed through the trees. At first, I was under the impression that those spike bushes were back or thought that the old and familiar traps had once again emerged. Only another new one popped out. Or.. Popped down. Vines descended from the trees, defying gravity and creating a web of obstacles. Unlike the whooping branches that only want to drag us, the vines are like snakes. These nasty creepers attempted to crush us to death, so we backed off like instant reflexes. An unmarked imaginative line separates us from being hugged by these tendrils. It even had the courtesy to set an example as it pulver

TANGLED VOW

TANGLED VOW

The bass thumped through the crowded mansion like a second heartbeat, but Elena Voss felt hers stuttering in her throat. Crystal chandeliers cast fractured light across designer dresses and tailored suits, while laughter sliced through the air like shards of glass. This was supposed to be a celebration. Richard Hale’s latest business triumph but for Elena, it felt like walking a tightrope over a pit of wolves.

Alpha Desmond

Alpha Desmond

Bucho knew so much about events that happened thousands of years ago, I made me more curious exactly how old this whole place was. Once I wrangled the magic into a more usable stream, I let vines weave from the ground and flow through the loops of the lanterns that were laying in a line. Once all of them had been looped, I pulled the vines up off the ground and into the trees. The vines wove around the branches about ten feet in the air. They hung at the intervals that Stacy had request and I added flowers, Bloodroot, to the vines. While poisonous to eat, they were a beautiful white petalled flower with a yellow center, almost like the daisies you found in the states.

Such an incredible story! To write with such intricacy with each of characters and then throw in such powerful and complex relationships, the story definitely took a life of its own. Be prepared for tissues, being angry and yelling at some of the characters and even laughing.

I love the story's she weaves! I won't spoil it for any readers but if you are like me have plenty of tissues ready towards the end. I loved following the development of the characters here and the ending was perfect!!!!

Love, Lies, and Spies

Love, Lies, and Spies

Just like last time, two clear storage bags sat on the desk, each holding a twig-like plant—exactly what I'd seen before. Tracy picked them up and waved them in front of me with a grin. "These are Love Vines. I got them when I was studying abroad. There are two vines, one thick and one thin—the thick one represents the male energy, and the thin one the female energy. They always grow side by side. Even when they wither after years, they'll keep trying to find each other." Love Vines? That actually sounded kind of romantic. But what was the science behind it?

Alpha Mordecai: Love & Obsession

Alpha Mordecai: Love & Obsession

Thorn-covered branches bent toward the rogue, curving and twisting like they were being pulled by invisible hands, dragging across its torso and legs. The entire garden seemed to be alive, attacking the rogue. I stood frozen, staring, unable to process what I was seeing, as the vines dragged the struggling rogue deeper into the garden, and out of sight. Its snarls turned frantic, before cutting off completely. Silence. The vines slowly loosened and settled back into the soil as though nothing had happened. The flowers swayed gently in the evening air. The garden looked exactly the way it always did — peaceful, ordinary. I stood there for a long moment, my chest heaving, blood roaring in my e

Alright, one last update because I have to always give credit where it’s due. To me it’s a smidge slow but around chapter 70 it really starts to pick up! Definitely worth it & just give it a shot! Great book so far.

Hello everyone. I sincerely apologize for the long delay in updates. I've been very unwell, experiencing some very strange symptoms. After a couple of tests, the doctors said I was anaemic, and my PCV and Hb levels were low. Thankfully, I'm finally responding well to the medication and getting much better. Updates will resume this week... Thank you! ......
