"He was never mine" has several plotlines, and right now I am trying to follow the series of events that takes place before the story comes to an end. I know that my readers may not be happy with setting occurrences that may or have taken place in the story, and I understand that. However, this is just a reminder to my dear readers that this novel hasn't exhausted all its plot yet. So please be patient with this poor author and give the story the chance to develop before we start making conclusions.

He had enough of those, so the main reason why he agreed to attend the event was to discuss some details with the allies his parents gained years ago. Some trades had to be made, new boundaries had to be built, and some disagreements had to be erased. He didn’t think about having fun; the whole idea about his attendance was purely business. While his mind was full of thoughts about the Ball, there were far too many things he still needed to think about. Olivia and Enzo were the voices in his head Noah couldn’t silence. Whoever this V guy is, he has to go down, and we have to do it without any mercy…” He responded. “Eii, eii calm down, I'm the one taking the heat and I'm not even this furious.” I said with a smile. We chuckled and I gave him a soft kiss on his lips. Giving him that reassuring eyes that he loved so much. “It will be all right babe, at the end of the day we would look back at this and smile.”

Because someone who treats you like this… someone who cheats, lies, manipulates… doesn’t get to control your heart forever. Not me.
