I Am Mustafin

I Am Mustafin

The yarn slips through my fingers for what feels like the hundredth time, another failed attempt at what the instruction manual swears is a simple cast-on. I stare at the tangled mess in my lap, fighting the urge to throw the whole thing across the library. Who thought this would be relaxing?

BOUGHT BY CRUELEST ALPHA

BOUGHT BY CRUELEST ALPHA

Each pass of the Shuttle sears my consciousness, weaving the Unraveler deeper into the structure. The Wild Gardener senses the trap. It SCREECHES, a sound that shatters nearby stars on the viewscreen (or is that my perception fracturing?). It throws itself against the newly forming threads, thorns like cosmic scythes. But the Threads are my scars. They hold. They burn where it strikes, searing its chaotic fury.

“Then you leave. And I never speak of this again.” He waited. And I made the third mistake. I took the box and walked toward the bedroom, already feeling my morals unravel thread by thread like the lace in my hands.

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

A sense that one wrong word, one wrong move, one wrong look, and she’d unravel like the skein of yarn in her lap. Chassie watched Carolyn knitting feverishly. The result of her rapidly moving fingers was a pale blue lump piled beside her.

As I look at my year in review, this author and book collection has been monumental in reigniting my hunger for reading. I can't track most of the books from this app easily for my year end count but in my heart this book means the most. I wish I could buy a printed version of each of these. .........

Love this well written book! Thoughts & emotions are conveyed beautifully! The author makes you feel like you know the characters intimately w/o being excessive or mundane. Hot & steamy w/o crude vulgarity! I wish we could give gems at the end of chapter but that’s the app, not the author’s fault.

UNBROKEN THREAD OF FATE

UNBROKEN THREAD OF FATE

She lifted her hand, aiming to slap for the second time. Cassandra caught that slender hand, it was slim and small and no difference with her own hand but yet, Cassandra was stronger. She tosses Rowena hand to the side, unintentionally the energy from her anger makes Rowena stumble and almost fall. “I received the first one as it was my fault to sleep with someone's fiance”. She said it softly but clearly. “But not the second time. All of this was a misunderstanding and I am too lazy to explain it to someone who didn’t bother to know the truth.”

Threads Unbound, Hearts Unmade

Threads Unbound, Hearts Unmade

Please… come back…" Nathan fell to the floor, his back propped against the wall. He wept, tears slipping down his cheeks. At last, he was left with nothing. At one time, he had convinced himself that helping Evelyn was the right thing to do. But now, he realized it had all been nothing more than a ridiculous farce. All along, the fool had been him. His mistake could never be forgiven. The weight of defeat descended like a final curtain. … One day, something unexpected happened. After Nathan liked my photos on Instagram, he showed up at my office after work. The sunset was stunning, but I couldn't focus on its beauty. After all, the last person I wanted to see was now standing right in front

My marriage was for money, his for vengeance

My marriage was for money, his for vengeance

Threads spoke their stories, but never in quite the same manner twice—many hands, many directions. Elira touched one with a finger. "This panel was started three seasons ago." A loomworker nodded. "We don't begin again. We go on. Even if it means unraveling some." Caelan indicated a knotted seam. "That mess?" "Intentionally left there. Evidence we experimented too many types of structure. We decided to leave it in." "No story is free of knots," Elira whispered. Or its restitches," the loomworker said, threading the new line in through the tangled overlap—creating something solid.

Rejected By The Alpha, Desired By The Immortal King

Rejected By The Alpha, Desired By The Immortal King

Tonight, she came by herself. --- The Thread of Fire. She saw it before she touched it. A strand of living flame, shot through with darker bands that pulsed out of rhythm with creation itself. Nyxara’s thread. Selene had known it since the girl’s first breath. But now… The thread resisted the Loom’s order. It strained against the weave, pulling at it, almost tearing free. And woven dangerously close, feeding tendrils of oily black, was another thread — older, thicker, wrong.

The Lost Princess of the Alpha King

The Lost Princess of the Alpha King

A shimmer in the air, like heat haze, but cold. "The pattern is breaking," my mother says. "I can see it." "See what?" "The threads. They are unraveling." She is right. The air is filled with faint, silvery lines that twist and turn like threads of silk. Some are bright. Others are dim. A few are already broken. "Who did this?" I ask. "No one. It is the natural consequence of bringing back the Forgotten. The pattern had adjusted to their absence. Now it must adjust to their presence."

Shared In Tangled Sheets

She wanted to hate Tristan for putting her here. She wanted to blame Xander for not trusting her. But the truth was uglier. It wasn’t them. It was her. She didn’t know what she wanted anymore, she only knew that something in her had already begun to unravel, and she didn’t know how to stop it. Every time she closed her eyes, the night replayed itself in fragments. Tristan’s voice low against her ear, his breath too close, the spark that almost caught fire. Then Xander’s face, the pain in his eyes, the man she had built her life around. Part of her wanted to run after her husband, to fix the fracture before it grew wider.
