Threads Of A Curse Novels & Stories

I am not letting a curse produce more curses It replays in my head and my chest stings more. Ofcourse curse bring with it pain. I am cursed therefore pain is me.......

"Lead the way. Give the orders." But before he could utter another word, the pack's High Priestess stood. Her silver robes shone with runes of protection. "This is no plague," she said. "Something ancient stirs beneath it. This is not natural. This is not disease—this is curse." A quiet murmuring of discomfort passed through her. The priestess looked at Miyal. "We warned you not to easily cut the thread of Luna. There are consequences when you end a sacred mate-thread with force."

Evan squeezed harder, making Carmen cough. "Die!" "Do you really want me dead? Don't you want to know where Lyra's head is?" Carmen used the last of her strength to say this. Evan froze for a moment before slowly releasing his grip. After a while, Carmen got up and opened the fridge. There were two glass jars inside with my head and kidney both soaking in formaldehyde.

“Then tell me, what are the signs we learned? The things someone feels when they meet their mate?” I signed dramatically, “A strong connection, the ability sensed the scent of their partner, and craving it so much, that they would be able to part with them, and once marked, the bond strengthens “Tessy, you’re overthinking things,” I said with a shrug. “It’s been two thousand years now since the moon goddess cursed the werewolf clan, do you really think she’d just lift the curse suddenly?” I wave my hand dismissively. “Yes, the moon goddess lifts the curse because she couldn’t stand watching our precious Mildred suffer for a crime she didn’t commit,” Tessy said dramatically, giggling.

It was one of the reasons I kept him close and also, occasionally, one of the reasons I found him exhausting. I stopped walking. He stopped too, looking at me, waiting. "Have you noticed something?" I said. He frowned slightly. "What?" "The ground," I said. "That sound it makes. That deep, low vibration that runs through the floor of the east wing every few days." I looked at him. "It hasn't happened once since she arrived this morning." Riven was quiet for a second. "So?" he said, but his voice had lost some of its certainty. "So the stories are true," I said. "The curse was never one-sided. It was never just something the Vales carried. We carry our half of it too, and we need them to surv

Instead, a ring of dark, jagged light flared beneath her boots. She unleashed the raw, untamed power of the Threads of Fate, twisting them into a dense, spiritual frost that surged outward like a tidal wave of ice. The moment the chill touched Dave, his movements stuttered. The supernatural frost crept up his limbs, locking his joints and pinning his boots to the obsidian floor. The shadow-mark on his chest flared violently, fighting the intrusion, but Laura’s concentrated will clamped down, temporarily suppressing the curse and halting his complete surrender to the void.

I can't let her come in-between my senses of reasoning. I paced to the study room and picked up the book I have on my table. I have not been able to get to another page. I am just at one page ever since. The curse is something I wouldn't love anyone to know about because I don't know how to break it. The curse is a difficult thing and now that she has known, the bond from our fate would act as a catalyst to put us together. I couldn't really concentrate on the book. I will open a page, read small. Before I know it, I am already thinking heavily again.

LUCA'S POV We reached the compound wall as the last light faded from the sky. The threads were clearer here. I could see the wolves inside, not their faces, but their bonds. Golden threads strangling under black corruption, silver threads of lunar magic, drained almost to nothing. Green threads of life, wilting in the poisoned soil. And at the center, pulsing like a diseased heart, stood Cain. He knew we were coming, I could feel his awareness pressing against the edges of the web, waiting, and watching.

All of it. Raw. Honest. The Thread exploded into silver fire around the chamber. Seren gasped sharply. “Kairos—what are you doing?” “Changing the terms.” The successor mark ignited beneath my skin. Then— I grabbed the corruption with the Thread itself. Not physically. Conceptually. Connection. The black Thread lashed upward violently, trying to bury itself into me instead. Pain tore through my chest. Seren cried out as the corruption split between us. The First Anchor roared.

"Each thread represents a choice, a moment of destiny. You must follow the threads that resonate with your hearts and lead you to the Harmonic Shard." The heroes stepped forward, their fingers brushing against the threads as they followed their intuition. Each thread revealed glimpses of lives intertwined, decisions made, and the consequences that followed. They navigated the intricate web, their hearts guiding them through the labyrinth of fate.
