Vicky squealed, giggling as she backed toward the door, hands up in surrender.
But I was quicker, lunging at her.
We crashed onto the floor in a tangle of limbs and silk, screaming and laughing as I pinned her down, tickling her sides.
She bucked and twisted, swatting at me, her cackles echoing off the walls.
“Traitor!” I gasped between laughs, dodging her flailing arms.
“Get off, you psycho!” she wheezed, but her grin was huge, eyes watering.
We rolled, a mess of elbows and knees, until we both collapsed, panting and spent, staring at the ceiling fan spinning lazily overhead.
