Neriah POV I left Heritage Mall with the warrior. He bought a sampler box of fudge. There were six different kinds. I stuck it in my bag. I don’t want to have to share it with Jemisha. By share, I mean she will take it, and Father and Regina will encourage it. Ambrose kept texting me, saying that the livestream for Jemisha is dramatic and over the top. I told him to keep watching because I got her a gift. It will put her in a corner and allow me to start exposing my father and Regina in front of an audience.

Queenie asked. "Look at you for example, you were as weak as me. Other than the fact I was autistic, you were no better. Your mother also injected you with the medicine. A flaw that must be erased." The Prime pulled a blade of solid Void-energy from his wrist. Caleb stepped forward, the silver in his eyes burning with a fire that no machine could replicate. "A flaw?" Caleb smirked, his claws extending. "That 'flaw' is the only thing that's going to survive this conversation."

Amy felt it was impossible to find Tony’s car amid hundreds of other parked cars. At first, Amy thought about doing what Azad told her. She also was tempted to hit an engine start button on the car key, which would remotely activate Tony’s ride. After eight dragging minutes of walking and searching, it seemed hopeless, until Amy spotted a familiar red pearl metallic sedan parked backward between a pillar and a white motorcycle. Amy found Tony’s car. The car looked like a red Transformer robot disguised as a mid-sized sedan. There was a good part and a bad part. The good part was that Amy found The Supercharged Beast. The bad part was that there were six huge guys dressed in black camouflage

The attendant grunted in response watching a movie on her holographic tablet. A small shop robot gilded towards Temi. "Good afternoon. How may I help you?" It said. It was obvious it was a first-generation robot. It had small arms and no mouth or a face. A small red beam on its smooth pearl head was its eyes and it currently focused its attention on Temi. "Where can I get an auto-trans?" Temi asked. "Once you step out, take a fork left and go straight. There is currently an auto-trans waiting."

"Tobin! Deploy the secondary asset!" Tobin materializes instantly from the rear compartment of the command transport, his hands efficiently unfolding a lightweight, high-tech carbon wheelchair. He steps directly into my path, bowing his head with absolute, unyielding dominion discipline. "Please, Master Afolayan, deposit your weight into the seat structure. The warlord commands it." My arms cross tightly over my chest, my voice hitting a stubborn, defensive register. "The diagnostic scans indicated simple surface abrasions on my joints, Tobin. My leg bones are completely intact."

"He’s a fragment. A piece of Julian’s original consciousness, embedded in a biological weapon." Sentinel Prime advanced, the air around him crackling with frost. The concrete walls of the vault began to crack, spiderwebbing under the sheer force of his presence. His voice was a guttural rumble that vibrated through the very ground. "I am the... beginning. You are... the end." Caspian shoved Jade behind him. "Aris, fall back! Get to the extraction point!" Aris, her face grim, laid down a covering fire before retreating into the tunnel. She knew they couldn't win a direct fight.

She knew that whoever was out there probably had it. Aries glanced at the door, and mentally he snapped at the one out there to leave what they had at the door and go. It was obeyed too, he just pushed it in their mind. They immediately responded to his command. He was Alpha Prime after all. None of them were going to be able to fight a real command he gave. “I’m not going anywhere.” Sybil figured she needed to appease him. For whatever reason he was infatuated with her at the moment.

“Monroe buried the primary access behind multiple biometric failsafes—linked to him and you.” Aurora’s gaze flicked between Damien and Prime. “So either you override the system…” “Or he does,” Damien finished grimly. The pod hissed again, the fluid beginning to drain. Prime’s form rose, unbothered by gravity, landing barefoot on the steel platform. Naked, expressionless, and terrifyingly calm. Prime stepped forward, movements fluid but mechanical, like a man who hadn’t yet remembered how to be human. Damien stepped between him and the others.
