Everything is a bit too much for me right now, and I need time to process what I just heard. Nova, my mate, is not an average wolf, nor is she simply a Rogue. A new voice, deeper, colder than any we’d heard before, came up the stairwell. “Primary Alpha target detected. Termination protocol authorized.” Then it stepped into view. One single enhanced wolf.
