Trevor Noah's Mom Novels & Stories

caira said taking her sit on the couch "Caira, you should know I don't have a problem with you hanging out with any body, I only want to know who he is. You are already 24 years old and you're due for marriage. But you are not in any relationship. you have to move on caira, Amanda's dad is never coming back, and even if he does, I won't let him get married to you after all he did to you, he left you to suffer alone, I never knew Noah would ever he this heartless and inconsiderate, he never bothered to call you, he isn't even anxious to see his daughter's face" caira's mom said bitterly

And apparently, neither did Blair. Then again, for all her flaws, she was a good mom. That was irrelevant now, though. I had to get him on my side. Indefinitely. “Son, unfortunately, mom…” I feigned a hurt frown. “Mom doesn’t want to be a part of our little family anymore.” Noah’s lips trembled. “What do you mean?” “She’s abandoned us, Noah.” Silence followed my lie and then Noah began to cry. “How could she?!” he yelled out in anger. “How could she leave us?! I hate her!”

As he stood in the living room with Rhodes, the rest of the Carnell’s family sat on the couches, and for a while, no one said a word. Then Mr. Carnell darted his gaze off Noah and eyed Rhodes, asking, “And you are?” “He’s my father. Unfortunately, my mother could not be here. She is back at home, in the countryside.” Noah cut in, and the fact that he did cuased Mr. Carnell’s face scrunch into a grimace in disapproval.

“This is pathetic. She deserves the truth. All of it.” “And you think you’re the one who’ll give it to her?” Liam snaps. “I know more than you think,” Noah mutters. His gaze sharpens, dark and irritated. “You weren’t the only one Father groomed for the family business.” Liam freezes. I feel the air shift. “What does that mean?” I whisper. Noah looks at me. Really look at me. For once, there’s no smirk, no cruelty—just a hollow seriousness. “It means your mother wasn’t the only one involved, Ava.” His voice drops. “It means people around you knew more than they ever said.”

Oh how much I missed her this past few days even though we've been talking on phone, I still missed her. " I see you've met your grand kids?. "Yes dear, and they are so adorable. You know Damien is so handsome I won't be surprised when we start having girls lined up our doors and Lisa she's already a beauty, and Emma, that munchkin is going to be a real beauty when she grows up. She rambled. Damien and Lisa who were standing behind her gave a shy smile. "Mum, You know they are behind you right?. "So? it's the truth. And people there's my mum always so straight forward.

"Listen to me one more time, Mom. If you're still stubborn and still messing with my relationship with Grace, I guarantee you'll regret it, because I won't think twice about dropping Blair from my name if Grace leaves me because of you again, Mom!" "You're really out of line, Noah! How could you decide that? Where's your respect for your own parents?" Mrs. Sayla is screaming.

Zach sighed crossing his arm and he suddenly looked dejected, the green of his eyes losing their sparkle. "I didn't come here to cook you know. I've just been feeling so..." He struggled for words, then ran his finger through his hair in frustration. "I guess I deserve this tho, after the death of my Mom, I went off the deep end and built up this reputation of being a freaking playboy," he said chuckling, albeit bitterly. I gaped at him. His mother was dead? So the Mom he was always referring to was Noah's mom, his Stepmom. But why was he telling me any of this?

He stood up from the armchair and stepped toward me, placing a hand on my shoulder to gently nudge me back toward the bed. “Can't it wait?” Chadwick asked Noah, his tone clipped. Noah shook his head grimly. “No.” Chadwick's dark eyes narrowed. “Is it about the perimeter?” “It's about Mother,” Noah stated. Chadwick's hand instantly slipped away from my shoulder. He turned around on his heel and walked toward the hallway without uttering another single word. I sat back on the edge of the mattress, staring at the empty doorway. Mother? Who the hell was Mother? His biological mother? Obviously. But why did Noah sound like he had just announced the sudden arrival of Lilith herself?

"I'm a little surprised at your change of heart. After Cassandra, I'd thought that you'd lay low for a while." He had said that he would so he'd have to tap dance to get around his mother. "I guess Hailey is just different enough to pique my interest." "If you say so. I can't wait to meet this woman who has soothed your broken heart." That was his mother, a hopeless romantic. He sighed. "I need to go, Mom." "Will you call me when you start filming?" "You should come and visit," Noah said before he could think about the implications of that.

Mom finally spoke and stood up and faced Noah's carbon copy. Trey was totally shocked by mom's approach to him. The mistake continued, "We've been looking for you! My daughter has been insanely searching for you everywhere all these years!"
