Trevor Noah's Mom Novels & Stories

he replied and I gave him a blank look. "Tyler.” I knew that was childish but I just had to say it. Noah immediately let out a laugh at that while a muscle in Tyler’s jaw twitched and he leaned away from the door. “Your mum wants you, Noah,” he bit out, his eyes still fixed on me, before he gave me a once over and walked away.

I told her. Ava's eyes widen. "Wow! Really? OMG! I can't believe that I will meet her in person!" I look at Noah and he also looks shocked. "You didn't tell me that!" Noah sounded a bit hurt. "I just got a call from mom during your shoot. I was about to tell you about it. Wait, are you also a fan of my mom?" "Of course! Your mom is a legend!" Noah said in a bit exaggerating expression. I just shook my head.

I just don't know which day. I look back at the door that my mom just left through in time to see Noah walk past it. In the brief few seconds I saw him, he looked horrible. Red eyes and tear-soaked face. He looked pale and haggard. Then everything rushes back to me and I nearly faint. “Trevor!” I have to see if he is okay.

“I’m his mother.” My heart skipped. “You’re… Trevor’s mom?” She nodded proudly. “That’s me.” I froze, processing that, realizing that even though I had told him I didn't want to meet his mom, he had ignored me

He smiled at her as she gave him an encouraging nod. “That was my poem, mom. But I just want to say that I love my mother so much because she loved me first, she takes good care of me and she doesn't let anyone hurt me. Before I forget, she's a wonderful chef too! I can never get over her cooking”, Noah added, with a warm chuckle as if teasing her. The entire crowd burst into a contagious, belly-shaking laughter, resonating with Noah's heartfelt remarks about his mom. They were clearly enjoying Noah's performance and the infectious energy he brought to the stage.

Mom lets out a soft chuckle at Alex's protective instincts before becoming serious once more. "Well, his name is Noah Matthews," she begins. "He's an English Literature teacher at New Trier Township High School. I met him a month ago when his nephew was admitted to our hospital's urgent care after having an allergic reaction." She intertwines her fingers, her voice gradually growing quieter. "He asked me out for coffee that same evening. One thing led to another, we went on a few more dates, and now," she sighs, "here we are..." Mom trails off, briefly glancing down at her still interlocked fingers. Even though Alex and I might seem a bit dense, it's evident to anyone that she's nervous.

“I said we haven’t, and that’s the goal. But this is a revolution, A. And it means a lot to a lot of people.” Slowly, Ava made her way back around the couch to sit next to Noah. Now that he’d completely dropped his front, she felt as if their real conversation had only just begun. “So, is that the reason for your mom’s visit?” She asked. His obsidian eyes slid shut as he nodded, “I’ve been…slacking on my end. She wanted to find out why.” “And either…how did you put it? Recruit me or get me out of the way?”

“Noah, if anyone asks about your mom, all you have to do is say that she’s not with us anymore, okay? And if people keep asking, you’re allowed to politely say that you don’t want to talk about it.” “I can say that?” “Yes, politely,” I said one more time to make sure it was fully emphasized. “Now, go and figure out what you want to have for breakfast while I tell Uncle Travis all the stuff we’ve got to do today.” “Kay!” Noah said, then scrambled off my knee and ran off. “Walk with me. I need a new shirt,” I told Tavis. “I thought I smelled you wearing your coffee. Hit a bump going too fast in the Jeep?” he asked.

Mom and dad are very happy for us as well. “I am naming him, Noah,” Noelle announced. She got the name from the bible she was reading. “I am Noah’s godmother!” Alyssa declared without our permission. It’s not that we have a choice. Noelle told me that she would continue her study after giving birth to Noah. She will still pursue her dream of becoming a doctor regardless of her past. She is getting better and stronger as time passes by. We did not hear any other news about Levi except Chairman Mitchell confirmed that Vanessa was Levi’s ex-girlfriend. They were classmates from high school until college.

He doesn't like to talk about it. His father had nine companies and one charity foundation. His mom is a fashion designer, model for Versace and has her own modeling company name Black life. Noah is a boxer and apparently has a fight on Tuesday night. Cool, cause on Friday they will have a football match. "Sorry, but where is your mom?" Mrs Katherine ask. My bone weakend. Not about this, I'm gonna cry. Silence. "She's dead" my dad said and I felt the tears building up inside of me. "She was coming back from a trip to Miami and she had her car crashed with a truck" he said and I raised my head up to see Noah looking at me.
