Luna Tribrid's Chosen Mate

Luna Tribrid's Chosen Mate

Adequate nutrition and protein for my triplets were my top priorities. With great patience, I organized my daily nutritious meals and created a calculated menu. Even raw meat was no problem for me, though others might frown upon it. I am a tribrid with vampire blood flowing through my veins. All three of my powers contribute to the development of the three little beings growing in my womb. Every step I take and every bite of food I eat feels like a small sacrifice for their future.

Moon Gate Guardians

Moon Gate Guardians

Early that morning, everything was as usual in the mess hall. Forced from his sleep by Tristan’s unapologetically abrupt wake-up call. Allen and Tristan arrived in the canteen earlier than most other Hunter recruits. Morning drills guaranteed Twilight Gate trainees to be among the first to rise in the dorms. Training often running well into the early afternoon for Hunters, it resulted in the first meal of the day becoming a riotous free for all. Allen had unfortunately learned this lesson the hard way in his initial week. After discovering the canteen practically stripped clean on multiple mornings; he had suffered through drills, sustained on less than a glass of juice.

When she looked at the caller ID, she sighed, “I gotta take this.” She stepped a little away as she spoke into her phone and from what I understood, it was a call from work. After she hung up, she looked back at me with exhaustion, “Code Orange.” Frowning, I asked. “What’s that?” “Loads of incoming trauma. Mass casualties expected - a bridge collapsed in the city. I need to rush to the hospital.” She said, and walked to the bed to fetch her purse. “Right, stay safe.” I said. “We’ll talk when you come back.”

Mated (Mortal, Book Two)

Mated (Mortal, Book Two)

It's like a living thing inside me, demanding to be fed. "Stay back," I tell Wendy. "I don't want to hurt you." She looks at me, and I can see the fear and concern in her eyes. "What are you talking about?" I don't answer. I can't. My hunger is too strong, too overpowering. I open my eyes and see the Silver Hunters drawing closer, their weapons at the ready. I can't hold back any longer. I lunge forward and sink my teeth into the first one who gets close enough.

The Alpha's Ex-Mate

The Alpha's Ex-Mate

Without a second thought, I sprinted towards him, my protective instincts overriding all else. “Maddox, hold on!” I shouted, my voice raw with urgency. Just as I reached Maddox, Damon appeared in a blur of motion, his trident poised for a deadly strike. In a split-second decision, I pushed Maddox out of the way, taking the full brunt of Damon’s attack. The golden trident pierced through my side, a searing pain engulfing me. “Alpha!” Maddox’s voice was filled with horror as he watched me fall to my knees, blood pouring from the wound.

Alpha's Pet

The Devlin they knew a month ago would be shaking and getting sick… mortified by his actions… afraid of what's to come… but with nothing left to live for, maybe this is exactly where I belong. Trent grips his mate by her hind legs, dragging her half into the water as Corbyn uses the noise of it to cover his words. "If you don't take a bite, Devlin, the pack will eat you alive." If I don't take a bit of- Corbyn shoves me forward, and I fall onto my hands and knees as Trent shifts back to human, leaving no time to question what they expect of me. So even tho it can be completely confusing sometimes, I'm still loving the story line and I'm wicked sad I have to wait for updates....I wish I paid attention to it being done or not cuz I hate when a book isn't finished but hopefully you update right so please update ...
Michelle Foster
******beware***** There's a cliffhanger at the end and no update anywhere on when or where book two will be out. The last update on anything from the author was over a year ago. They literally might as well have just stopped in the middle of the book.

Absolute Unit

Absolute Unit

After a morning of kidnapping, car crashes, homicide, and cop interrogation, his energy levels are bottoming out. We think about what Bill said earlier: You’re nearly seventeen, Trent. You can handle yourself, right? We doubt that. If Trent has any hope of surviving, he needs our help. He has a different set of problems than Bill, we suspect, but also a fine-tuned body, a brain that appears in working order (from our limited perspective), and better fashion sense. Trent pulls out one of the health inspector cards from Bill’s wallet, along with a receipt for a Mexican restaurant named Tricky’s Tacos, and studies both. His mind buzzes louder. Is he hungry, or is this something else?

He was itching to use it, and now was the time. The trident was pitch-black with various small golden characters inscribed on it. Creed felt a sharp hunger after holding the trident. Not even 'Bone Scythe' his first Soul-Armas gave off this kind of feeling. The trident had a holy contrast of black and golden. It felt like a weapon for gods. Creed played along by swinging the trident in hands to get a feel for it. The Flame-Trident fitted perfectly in his hand like an old glove. "You are changing your weapon in the middle of the fight?" She asked.

Still coming along nicely. The Archie plot has hot a good point. I feel there is more to come with Rain in the story and I like that. It is good to acknowledge the news spread of his accomplishments beating down Archie, but I would shorten the side conversations of the random people.

I'm honestly surprised that this story doesn't have more views and reviews. It's well-written, moves at a relaxing pace and the author did an amazing job with the descriptions. The characters has great depth, personalities that stand out. It is also clean and well-edited.

The Rejected Curvy Luna Queen

The Rejected Curvy Luna Queen

* *"The Tidecaller's trident. Plunge it into the maelstrom. *Break* the cycle." Eden's fading. The Heir's grip tightens. I rip the needle free and seize the trident. --- The maelstrom recoils as the trident pierces its heart. Green stars implode, their light sucked into the weapon's prongs. The Heir shrieks, dissolving into foam and regret. The spire collapses, dragging us into the void between tides. We wash ashore miles away, Eden coughing blood and saltwater onto rust-colored sand. The trident lies broken, its power spent. The needle in my palm is silent.
