I was as still as a rock. And together, we saw the paper catching a fire. It was a tiny flame at first but as the power channeled out of me, the flame ignited and flickered to fire. The corners of the document my Father had typed so thoughtfully turned black before the whole paper turned into gray ash right in front of his eyes. The phone was on loudspeaker so anyone can hear it, one of his men are holding it for him.

I stood up and coughed violently as I tried to make my way out when something on fire fell in front of me, blocking the exit. There's no way out.
