Luna and Phillip set out to discover the talisman, excited by the news. They came into a gang of trolls blocking their route as they traveled through the difficult mountain passes. The trolls were notorious for their hot tempers and love of combat, and they attacked Phillip and Luna without warning. The struggle was long and arduous, but Luna and Phillip triumphed, their wounds gradually mending as they resumed their trip.

Having faced Trolls and Goblins before, the Fairies and Elves knew how to defeat them. While the trolls were 10 feet tall, they were not very intelligent. Small and tricky, goblins posed a greater threat than trolls because they were unstable and chaotic. Using magical means, the Elves make the Goblins explode, leaving behind a yellow slimy goo residue. Fairies sprayed buckets of fairy dust on the Trolls, and they fell face forward, knocking down trees and destroying anything around them. "Timber!" the fairies yelled with delight

The more crazy ones would even eat humans, but it wasn’t their preference. Trolls could take over an entire country given the time and the right luck. They reproduced fast and the younger ones were ready to fight pretty quickly. It was unlucky that they caught the little villages because they couldn’t defend themselves. A city would handle it better. If the invasion of the land wasn’t contained fast, they would leak to other places and then it would be impossible to track them all. On the other hand, Alarick thought trolls to be rather pathetic and would be able to handle it easily. If it was his country. But it wasn’t, so he shouldn’t be caring.

Elara POV Vexx had outdone himself this time. As soon as we were within sight of the warehouse, we were descended upon by trolls, or ogres maybe? Whatever, all I knew is they were huge, smelly, and a product of wicked magic. It took three of us to take down one of these monstrous things. Luckily, we’d only sent one of our magic workers inside with the rescue team—or bait team, depending on how you looked at it. And this time, ‘he’ is here to ensure minimal damage, as he promised to the other Lords. Trolls marched to the capital walls, their heavy boulder-like feet sending tremors and quakes for miles. Accompanying the trolls are the organized human army, townspeople from the outskirts trained to become their soldiers in exchange for food and shelter to them and their families who were unfit to fight, such as pregnant women, the elderly, or children. The human army was armed with sabers and steel armor, like true soldiers.

It looked like one of the pages had fallen out of the book and when I turned it around, I saw a map on the other side. I opened the book to see where the page had come from, and gasped. There was a complete map of the troll lands. It showed where their village was and even where their mine was. I quickly started to read the pages that had turned yellow with age. The history went back centuries and my eyes grew wider the more I read. The trolls did have mines, but the book made it clear they never found anything in them.

Just a mere second behind her, Jason tackled the next goblin he came to. As Jason tore apart the goblin underneath him, a troll with a long sword came to rid himself of the wolf annoyance. When he raised his blade to slice into Gretchen, the enraged yawp of Eason echoed through the clearing as he met the troll’s blade above her when he blocked the approaching deathblow with his sword. Eason went toe to toe with the much larger troll as the wolves continued to tear into the smaller goblins. As the aggressing horde's attention was shifted to the three pesky attackers to the right, Teddy appeared from behind the tree. He walked slowly towards the crowd of marauders as the arrows bounced off him

"Carrie Stewart, I've wanted to meet you for a long time. And I am not disappointed." I stared back at the king, he sat in his slimy throne, looking back at us with huge pop-out eyes. Trolls, I decided were some of the ugliest creatures ever. They were covered in green leathery skin, which strangely, had an uneven clumpy layer of slime on its surface. His ballooning stomach squished a little as he slouched, and his oddly skinny ankles spread out into webbed froggy feet. When the king breathed, it sounded laboured, almost asthmatic.

Yolanda teased, purring as she held Jarnja’s hand, then pressed it to her purple lips. Jarnja startled, looking at me in confusion. “Yola? You, are you sick?” the Troll Queen asked, taken aback. Giggling, Yola swished her armor, grabbed me by the hand And we flew in her arms, Gullinkambi taking off after us To Jord’s sicksleep isle As Jarnja Let us go – a secretive smile on her ruby and white mouth. She licked a lion fang. Things were getting Interesting!

Without any delay, they assemble in a formation and attack the fire troll. A pack of werewolves against a twelve-foot tall fire troll with two sets of horns, thick limbs, rough red skin, black eyes, and razor-sharp dark teeth and claws. Even with his size and metal-like skin as an advantage, the fire troll was overpowered by the number of wolves around it. The fire troll was torn to shreds in an instant when the Alpha and his scouts simultaneously attacked him nonstop with their sharp claws and fangs. When they stopped attacking the fire troll he looked no more than a pile of rotten meat that was left in the forest.
