~ BELLA’S POV I woke up with a pounding headache. My eyes still closed I groaned in pain as I turned around, seeking relief by burying my head in the pillow and laying on my stomach. This is the main reason why I hate drinking. It’s so frustrating and I think it has it on me because whenever I drink, I end up having the most unbearable headache no one can ever imagine. It’s so annoyingly painful and I just have to deal with it. Talk about annoying, I have no idea why the heck I am dealing with this, I mean, I didn't even drink that much, did I?

I may go crazy. I walked over to my dresser to get ready for my day. After all, it is the day before my birthday. Out of nowhere, I started with the worst headache I have ever had in my life. It felt like my head was about to explode. I clenched my teeth because of the pain. The pain was so severe I couldn’t even yell. I put my hands to my head, trying to heal the ache a little, which has worked occasionally on smaller migraines in the past.

Double gross. The massive headache I was having, was increasing at each timid tick of the godforsaken stupid wall clock. I tried to rise up from the bed, with the pillow still on my face to shield the harsh bright sunlight away from my eyes, but I almost collapsed back into the bed. The headache was so massive that I couldn't help but groan in pain. Jesus Holy Christ! What the hell! It felt like I was drinking last night. Like I had consumed lots and lots of alcohol.

It will be a mass death! "Stop me! It's like pity!" I cried and almost pulled my hair because of my headache. It's like a log is hitting my head over and over again. It hurts so much that I just want to pass out, but I can't because my mind is waking up from the pain. It's unbearable that no matter how much I scream and cry, the pain doesn't go away.

Giancarlo My head felt like it was going to explode at anytime, banging with every breath that I took and making my stomach churn with a kind of pain that was rib-cracking. My head felt so light and hollow that, with the headache, I could feel an echo in my skull. My memory was as blank as a white board, I almost couldn't recall my name. "What must have happened?" I wondered, my chest heaving faster than usual, forcing air out of my bewildered, open mouth.

I also stopped breathing for over a minute since I didn’t want to make any strange sounds. Even after a few minutes, my headache does not go away, and it worsens with each gradual massage of my head. I need to take a pain reliever because I feel like I’m about to pass out from a headache. I’d rather lose my head than have to deal with a headache every day and not know when it will end and go away without traveling to the hospital to see a doctor. But the fact is that I’m terrified to go to the hospital for a check-up because I’m afraid of what the doctor will say.

No troubles will exist in my life anymore. But it is when I again started to feel some sharp pain in my head. What is it happening to me. This pain is being unbearable. What should I do now. I cannot move from bed now as Adira is sleeping over me. She had hugged me also and that too tightly. I cannot even pick some medicine to cure this ache.

Every passing day I always felt a severe headache. My parents panicked and called my Doctor. And as expected my condition is getting worse. Shane cried non-stop that day when I had an attack. She begged me to return to the hospital for treatment. But I refuse because my Doctor already said that my time is closing in. I don’t want to waste my remaining time in the hospital. I wanted to be with my loved ones and spend my time with them.

But deep down, I didn’t believe that. I rubbed at my temples, the faint trace of a headache forming already. Ethan had given me medicine before, something from a so-called healer. It had helped, but only for a little while. These headaches weren’t the normal kind anyway. They came like a storm rolling in—sudden, thick, suffocating. I bit my lip, staring at the wooden beams of the ceiling. ‘What if this is more than just nerves? What if something’s wrong with me?’ The thought made my stomach twist.
