The Broken Princess at Alpha Academy

The Broken Princess at Alpha Academy

he shouts. We run through the dense trees, heading back toward the campfire. Alaric slashes through the bushes blocking our path with his claymore, clearing the way for us. I struggle to keep up with his long strides, ignoring the pain all over my body. But as we pass through an area where massive oak trees grow tightly packed, I feel something that makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. The stench is very close… right above our heads. I glance up while running. Among the branches of the giant trees, I see unnatural movement. Dark figures crawling along the branches, moving at terrifying speed, following our path.

MANIPULATING THE ELUSIVE ALPHA

MANIPULATING THE ELUSIVE ALPHA

" “What did the letter say again about the destination my Luna? “ I took out the letter from my pocket and read it out loud. "We will find an unusual oak tree. It has three branches only and its roots run through the forest. The tree is what we will see before we see an old pathway that leads to the village gates. My son will be waiting for you at the entrance to lead you on so that the citizens will not attack you as a strange face.” Dion chuckled. "The map is indeed easy it decipher, everything,” he said sarcastically and I could not help but laugh too. "I think we should trace any root that seems to extend very far. Since the letter says the tree's roots extend through the forest.”

The Chosen One

The Chosen One

“Stay still, everyone.” “What is it?” Eve noticed her sudden stop and asked. “I saw something on that tree.” Diana pointed out the uneven, massive old oak tree. “What did you see?"Inquired Eve. “Someone,” she said, seeing the figure, little more than a smudge, wobbling in the distance. She snuffed Eve’s lamp and brightened the area. “What the hell is that?” Impossible. She thought. The bloodbath was all but impassable on a fine day, but with the little old lamp on her hand, to venture across them during such intemperance was madness. But still, the shadow plodded, bowed, and was resolute. Shoving itself into the wind as if into a challenging lover.

Chosen By The Moon

Chosen By The Moon

“When she gave you the ability to hide your scent, where did you go to ask her for help?” The woman glanced at Oliver, who looked as equally as baffled as she was. “That old oak tree.” She pointed to a large majestic tree, that sat directly at the edge of the clearing, we walked over to it and noticed a pattern carved deeply into the bark… “it’s the lunar cycle.” “The Luna oak!” Oliver quickly dropped to his knees in front of the tree out of respect. “I’ve only ever seen pictures… It’s said that the original lycans planted it, in respect of the goddess herself.” It was the perfect place for me to attempt to make contact again.

excellent work author and I think I understand the reasons why you insisted so much on this pain during the first pages. I am sure that Dylan will not remain without her arm, like all those who are still alive and were mutilated during the battle, she will ask the goddess for help on this subject.

I Wish they would make physical versions of it. This is one of the few stories of this type that I'm really enjoying to read. I'm still in chapter 20. I hope they keep the quality... but, until now, this book is definitely my favorite from all the ones that is in apps there is like this one.

The Dark Alpha's Pet

The Dark Alpha's Pet

“CIARA JOY!” If I can’t see her, then I don’t hear her. I thought to myself in a sing-song voice as I reclined cross-legged with my head resting back against the trunk of one of my favorite hiding spots in the woods. Nestled on the east edge of the border of our pack’s land is my favorite oak tree, with thick, wide branches stretching out in all directions high above the rest of the woods. My oak tree also has the most magnificent views of the mountains and surrounding woods which also border on two sides of the Crystal Lake waters. “Miss Ciara Joy Callaway, you better not be up some tree again, or so help me. Goddess. I will tell Alpha Radar and your father you are flapping about again!”

REJECTED BY LOVE

REJECTED BY LOVE

She knows where she is going and she will not stop until she gets there. The woods look just as Eloise remembers it, only slightly thicker. Eloise holds her dress up as she walks, trying to prevent the hems from getting caught in thorns and tearing like they did the last time she was here. Her exposed ankles touch the leaves and the grass, and the morning dew wets her skin. The path has not changed much so Eloise knows exactly where she is going. When Eloise sees the oak tree standing in the distance, she wants to turn around and return to her house but she keeps walking. It is the same oak tree where she and Mary Lou hid on that night while the terror happened just a few feet from them.

Alpha Kael And The Crimson Bloodline

Alpha Kael And The Crimson Bloodline

I’ll bring you back, even if it kills me. The witches followed in silence, the faint glow of their runes lighting the path. Above them, the moon was pale and full, and somewhere in the distance, an owl cried — the sound hollow and foreboding. None of them spoke again until the towering silhouette of the Old Oak appeared through the mist, ancient and alive, its roots sprawling like veins across the earth. And that’s where they stopped — at the mouth of something ancient, waiting for the next chapter of horror to begin.

After They Cut Down My Bonded Tree, I Found a New Family

After They Cut Down My Bonded Tree, I Found a New Family

My body stopped growing colder by the day. One morning a month later I went with Leon to break ground in a clearing in the hills behind town. When I looked down at the bond mark over my heart, the one that had withered black, a familiar tingling ran through my chest. At the center of the dead mark, a point of green had broken through the dead skin, and a fine young oak shoot had come out of it. "Leon." I touched the shoot, and the tears came at once. "It's alive."

From Dusk till Dawn!

From Dusk till Dawn!

Si Xiu walked towards her in doubt, "Do you think there could be some hidden path in these trees?" Tang Li nodded, "Possible. Or else, how would they disappear all of a sudden?" And true to her thoughts, her attention was caught on the large oak tree. The black sedan was parked exactly under it. So, maybe She quickly ran towards the edge of the road before glancing at the tree that was slightly curved outwards with an enormous hollow in it. "Damn.." Just as her leg slipped, she held one of the hanging galls of the oak tree before stabilizing on her feet.

Burned by My Ex, Reborn as His King's Mate

she asked for the third time, curiosity evident on her face. “Be patient, my dear,” I replied with a smile. “Just a few more minutes.” “You know I'm not good at being patient.” “Oh, I'm well aware,” I laughed. “Remember when you were waiting for the results of the Elder Council's test? You paced for three hours.” “That's different!” she protested. “That was about our future as—” She stopped as we rounded the last bend and the view spread out before us. A small meadow surrounded by tall trees, with a small river flowing on one side. In the middle of the meadow stood a huge, ancient oak tree—its branches spread wide, creating a perfect natural canopy.
