Under The Oak Tree Novel Spoiler Novels & Stories

The time I was wasting. Evans was still out there. I straightened and stepped over the unconscious outlaws, looking around. I noticed it then. A tree. In the center of the clearing, there was a single, enormous oak. The wood underneath was scarred with something that made my stomach turn, and its bark was split. Blood. Not merely splashed. Not merely smeared. **Sculpted.** Three sharp, deep phrases that seemed to have been sunk like inhuman claws into the wood.

Colton looks like he wants to walk into a tree. I shake my head, unable to stop the small smile tugging at my lips. “You two are terrible at lying.” Oakley beams. “Thank you.” “That wasn’t a compliment,” I say. “It felt like one,” he replies. Colton exhales slowly. “Let’s just… move on. The orchard is this way.” Oakley nods quickly. “Yes. Orchard. Trees. Fruit. No mysterious healer prophecies there.” Colton mutters, “Hopefully.”

Aaron stared at the tree and slowly got up before he walked to the tree with trembling legs, he went closer to the tree and everyone saw the tree slowly die and wither. He touched the trunk of the three and slowly punched it, that was when Alastair helped him and punched the trunk thus breaking it and finally revealing a very beautiful woman, wearing ancient white robe, with a flower crown over her head sleeping peacefully in the trunk, there was also a necklace around her neck.

“Kael… if you go, Ashwood collapses. The packs collapse. Everything you’ve bled for collapses. And Rhea will follow you into the grave.” Kael’s breathing tightened. Fenrak placed a hand on his shoulder. “Let me do this for you.” Violet stepped into the room behind them, her eyes red. “It’s time,” she whispered. --- The trek to the Ancient Oak was silent. Only the crackling of torches followed them as warriors marched through the forest. The ground trembled with something old, something waking beneath the soil. The Ancient Oak towered over them — massive, twisted, its roots half in the real world and half fading into swirling mist. The bark pulsed faintly like a beating heart.

I understood the fact that they had to stay very far away from the other wolves since they were dangerous and outcasts but staying this far away was outrageous. After slipping for at least five times, I finally got to the tree where he described. It was an oak tree, its leaves were shredded, giving it a very naked look. The surroundings smelt of smoke and waste, I wanted to flop down on the nearest branch and relax a little but I couldn't risk soiling my clothes, so I stood as I waited for him with the bag of money in my hands. A bird hooted from the top of the tree making me jump in fright.

The voice called out from across, and then he began to walk towards us. "I would be waiting then," Nico turned to leave. "Hey man, you coming?" I recognised the face from the night in the cave. He was one of them. Nico turned to see me in shock. He understood that I could recognise his friend also, and then he gave me a look that warned me not to tell anyone about their secret. ****** Under the cover of darkness, I stood beneath the old oak tree, its gnarled branches reaching out like protective arms. My heart pounded with a mix of anticipation and a feeling of fear, against something that might happen as I waited for Nico.

"Kill the tree." "What?" "The Oak. It’s the anchor. Burn it. Kill it. I don't care." Aradaa’s head fell back, his breathing coming in short, panicked bursts. "Do it, Kaelor! Before he's born!" Kaelor looked at the ancient tree. Then he looked at the Queen’s reaching hand. He didn't use the sword. He shifted. The wolf didn't bite the hand. He bit the heart of the tree.

OLIVIA JUNE Oak Mountain School is renowned for its picturesque mountain setting, and I have chosen to complete my final months of senior year there. I have a boyfriend at the school, though we are in different classes. We used to share our lunchtimes and enjoyed spending our free time engaging in sports, watching movies, or exploring the areas surrounding our former school. Now, we are both students at Oak Mountain School. I informed my boyfriend, Jerry, that we would meet up at school since my mother and I had some shopping to do before heading to my new school for the remainder of the year.

he said, caressing her cheeks. She nodded. She was crying again. She was angry at herself for crying so much. “It does change the end-point,” she said, her voice strained. “Venom was a special person and I spread the mushrooms he liked over his grave so they would germinate.” “That’s lovely,” Hayden whispered, drying her eyes with his thumbs. “And an acorn must have been there because an oak tree sprang up,” she said. The villagers gasped. “An Omniscient Oak Tree, a second one,” she said.

, Phet continues as Oak doesn’t reply. Oak just sips on his coffee with a blank expression on his face but he is actually dying inside of embarrassment thinking how he squeezed his legs together sitting beside the younger, then yelled at the bus driver, kicked the bus door and jumped out of the bus running and barging into this restaurant like a crazy man. It was all so fucking embarrassing. Oak prays Phet stop talking about it. But unfortunately, Phet had already made a decision to tease the older a little.
