The Dark Below

The Dark Below

All hope seems lost until he sees it. Finally, the light from the copied conduit begins to rapidly glow, the first sign of life for the transference spell. Troy leans in and begins to rapidly breathe like he is running a marathon. His muscles begin to flex and streams of that purple arcane energy beings to flow from the center of his stomach to the palm that houses his tattoo. The boy staves his right foot on the ground hard, ignoring the pain that came with such an unbalanced stance that he is in. Moments pass before the unthinkable happens. That pendant that holds his cloak in place warps back into reality and is on top of the carved in phoenix. Both of Troy’s arms go numb and fall to his

A few seconds later, a ball of black light glowed at the tip of her finger. However, James seemed completely fine no matter how long Quartney recited the chant. “No, that’s impossible!” Quartney shouted, “You had the drink just now!” “I did.” James nodded. “The drink was tasty. Unfortunately, its effectiveness is similar to your powers. Both didnʼt work that well.” Quartney felt extremely humiliated. “You’ve only reached the peak of Yuraeceon Daelm Rankʼs Eighth Tribulation. I’ll end you with my own hands then!”

This end is terrible. I strongly believe there is a volume 2 or part 2. I refuse to be left hanging and thinking of a million ways the whole thing played out. Patiently waiting for volume 2............

Bankrupting the Alpha: Crowned by the Dragon King

Bankrupting the Alpha: Crowned by the Dragon King

The brittle pages cracked softly beneath my fingers. The council resumed quieter arguments behind me, but I barely heard them. My focus stayed on the manuscript. Symbols filled the pages. Dark incantations. Ancient ritual diagrams. The air around the book felt wrong. Cold. Like something dead was breathing through the parchment. Then something slipped loose between the pages. A folded parchment slid out and landed on the table. I picked it up carefully. Sol stepped closer beside me. “What is it?” I unfolded it. A map. Not of a single territory.

The Alpha's Arranged Mate

"If you knew I was getting closer to the amulet, why didn't you try to stop me earlier? Why let me come this far?" Azrael's eyes narrowed, and a sly smile played across his lips. "Ah, Alyssa, my dear, you underestimate the power of the amulet and its elusive nature," he replied, his voice filled with a mix of amusement and malice. "That scroll you read back at the first tapestry, it is blank to those who aren't the purest of hearts. I had no idea where the amulet was hidden until I saw you reading it. That's when I realized I could use you as a means to retrieve it."

“I used my phone’s flashlight feature and followed the ramp downward to a room where there were tombstones embedded in the floor.” I continued telling my story while Cassidy listened with her eyeballs bugging from her head. “There were boxes in that room, too,” I continued. “They were heavy cardboard boxes of lemons from Virople.” “Daisy, you must help me find that passage again,” Cassidy repeated. “They are probably stealing the sacred relics.” “Unless the beast got the thieves,” I said. Cassidy looked at me as if I’d lost my mind. “I heard an eerie whispering sound coming my way,” I told her. “It sounded just like the legends said the beast would sound when it comes for you.”

The array map was extremely powerful, and it was more than enough to handle a second-stage Pulse Control Realm disciple. However, it seemed to be useless against Caspian!

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

Of course, the ancient would have a hidden horror book in his personal damn throne in his personal damn vault! It was clear that the writing wasn’t normal ink and it had to be some kind of tattoo. I studied the first page, which seemed to be some kind of drawing of a tree. The ink had faded in some places, but I could still make out the tree. The next page was a very bad drawing of what seemed to be a witch and I could only imagine the circular image to be a cauldron of sorts! That was it! This was what we had been looking for all this time! I quickly paged to the next page. It was covered in symbols I had never seen before which I could only guess was the spell … Could this be the unlinking

“What does tape do?” “It sticks things together.” “Why.” “So your present does not fall apart.” I squinted at the roll. “This is sticky mortal sorcery.” Elara laughed. “It is not sorcery. You pull it, tear it, and press it down.” “It looks like a cursed eel.” “It is not an eel.” “It is staring at me.” “It does not have eyes.” “It has evil energy.” Elara ignored all my concerns and handed me a box. “Wrap this.”

A Surrogate For The Alpha: His Substitute Bride

A Surrogate For The Alpha: His Substitute Bride

Priestess Tanya asked, her face scrunched up in disbelief. At that moment I was utterly shocked and confused. My thoughts were spiraling to the extent I thought they’d explode eventually and drive me insane. I was still lost in my thoughts when we heard Selene yell all of a sudden. Alarmed Priestess Tanya and I turned to her only to see her pupils dilated to a white color. She began chanting a spell as she gathered all the contents of the wooden box that we had taken out of it while trying to explore it, including my picture.

Until He Breaks Me

Until He Breaks Me

My name on Rayne's lips right now is like a curse, a testament to my impending doom. I raise my chin, daring him. "And if I don't." "Do not make me repeat myself sweet vixen," he warned but i stay adamant, vehemently holding his gaze. I should have known, that the Russo blood in me would one day be mine ruins. Snap was all I heard as my whole dress came undone in his hands leaving only my panties and bra in display and then he shoved me down to my knees and I sank down in shame.
